pros were that the hotel is in a great area that is easy to get around. the staff was also great. the cons were the swanky queen room and bathroom are extremely small. you have to close the bathroom door to have any kind of room to just brush your teeth. the doors to the rooms are also unnecessarily very heavy and you can hear the doors slam around you as they close and you have to use your body weight just to open it to get into your room.

What a gem of a place in downtown Toronto! Has a boutique hotel feel but lots of rooms. The lobby is gorgeous and modern. The check-in staff was very helpful and let us get in early. The restaurant/bar onsite was great too!

Room was homey and clean. Style was unique. Loved the filtered water dispenser on our floor, very convenient. The air conditioner unit was quite noisy and unable to turn down, only off. Otherwise no complaints.
