The environment was nice! Placed conveniently near station + airport with the shuttle right outside the door. The price was incredibly reasonable, the lobby + our service was 10/10. We had a one Queen size room, which was well kept but quite small. The only thing we had that was concerning was after using the water there was an oily looking bubbles floating at the top. My husband tried it and tasted like soap. Not sure if it was the mug, jar, fountain, or kettle because we used that too- but that was concerning.

Room was nice. They are a bit stingy though. I felt a little drawn back when checking in on New Year’s Eve when they thought it was best to remind me that “not everyone at the hotel is there for celebrating” and that they have a no noise policy beginning at 10 pm. This was said although I only stayed there because I wished to go to the waterfront fireworks show. Also, when collecting the incidental deposit, it was stated that check out is at 11 am and that we should ensure we had ample time to check out because someone will come to the room after to ensure everything is good. I have never heard this at any previous hotels.

Lovely hotel, great location, staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were on the small size but well appointed and nicely decorated. Nice bathroom with a large shower. Would definitely stay here again

Recently renovated hotel. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Every member of staff we interacted with were super friendly and helpful. Lobby restaurant/bar was great. Excellent location in the city and I think the value for money was spot on. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Great hotel, very clean, super comfortable and quiet space. The only minor issue was that the room service option on their website is seriously outdated and I was misinformed by the front desk of the process when checking in, so was waiting more than an hour for the snacks I ordered. It was slightly disappointing, but was given a great solution when following up, and all ended up being perfectly fine :)
