Loved the boutique vibes of this hotel. Rooms are small but not too cramped. Very clean, the robes were nice and soft, the shampoo/conditioner smelled nice, and the water refill station was a nice touch. Staff were lovely and the cafe/restaurant downstairs is excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Great new gem right next to Union Station
Newly opened, everything is new and fresh.
Well appointed rooms - steamer (instead or rickety iron board and iron), fancy kettle for tea and coffee.
Friendly staff, and lively and inviting common space on the main floor!
Great little folding desk in the room for use when needed!!
The hotel was clean and well-located. And the staff were very friendly. However the bathroom was quite small, especially for two people and the room didnt have much extra space for our luggage.
We stayed twice book ending a visit to Niagara Falls. Our first room was compact but had all you needed but our second stay was in an even tinier room, luckily we travel light. There was a kettle rather than a coffee maker which was great for us tea drinkers. The air conditioner was very noisy and you seemed unable to slow the fan down. The bed was comfy and the bathroom had quality products.
There is a large communal foyer with a big table, popular with workers as presumably too small to work in your room, and an area with couches, both adjacent to an in hotel cafe. The location is its best asset, only 250m from Union station and thus also walkable to the surrounding sights and eateries. There is a handy Tim Hortons opposite, much quieter than the station one, for a cheaper than hotel cafe coffee and bagel.
Little boutique hotel which utilizes a Green P parking that has no elevators. The walls are super thin and we could hear our neighbours sneezing. Every door for other suites that closed we could hear. These are some heavy fire proof doors which close with a bang! You could also hear the street noise, cars, people, etc.
The room was very small but they made it work with everything you need. The washroom is also very small but again equipped with everything you need.
The check-in and staff were great. They even offered our service dog a welcome bag of goodies which was a very nice gesture.
The location of this hotel is pretty convenient as it is walkable to many top spots.
Hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping and bar/cafe, were all very competent, pleasant, and obviously interested in assuring us a nice stay. Hotel decor is very appealing and distinctively stylish. The lobby--which we saw many people using, including ourselves, throughout the day and evening--offers attractive furniture and a wide range of seating and functional options. My overall rating would be Excellent if our room--also well designed and attractively furnished--offered a city view instead of looking onto rear exterior walls.
Amazing stay!! So convenient and close to everything, definitely recommend :)

Didn’t deliver …
Based on the price point, the rooms were very small. Tried going with a boutique property but should have stuck with something more well known.
The smallest room I’ve ever stayed in…

Perfect downtown location
Great Hotel, love the renos! Location is perfect, I will stay there again!
Stayed here on 2 separate nights for the Metallica concerts. Place is basically across the street from Union Station, great location if you are not driving. I left my car at home. If you are driving, the hotel is on a one way and doesn't offer parking. You have to park in a parking garage next door. Tim Hortons across the street, but it closes at 11pm or midnight. Everything near here is closed at night, so I had to use Uber Eats for food past 12am. Elevator was broken on the second stay, and that was inconvenient since I was on the 9th floor. Was still faster taking the stairs than waiting for the single elevator that worked. Got my exercise in at least. Rooms are small, but nice. A small fridge can be found in the end table by the bed. No seating for more than one person. Limited TV channels but Youtube is available. Got my room on Black Friday sale and it was still around 280 per night. A but pricey, but the daytime location is great. Would stay again, although I would be reluctant to pay full price.
Loved the newly renovated small room. Just right for my needs.

Perfect location within walking distance of The Rogers Centre, Aquarium, CN tower you name it and the price was great compared to many other hotels in the area.
Overnight parking right next door. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Boutique hotel so don't expect a fridge. We were prepared and brought a cooler. Beds were super comfy. Will definelty stay again next time we are in Toronto!!!
