Excellent hotel very near the old town & close to 2 metro stops. Surrounded by lots of excellent shops! Hotel is clean, cool & staff great. Only downfall was our double bed was 2 singles together with single sheets/duvet cover tucked down in between! Breakfast reasonable priced for all you can eat buffet, & we took a delicious Valencian orange each day for afternoon tea :) All in all, would stay here again.

Pros: Breakfast is good, they had copa, Serrano ham, manchego, good croissants, very good selection of fruits, natural juices.
Very nice staff
Cons: smaller rooms than they appear on Internet. Also, much older, in internet everything looks luxurious and is not.
we had to change rooms since the first one had no balcony (a metal rod prevented you from going to the balcony). And a strong food smell, I think it was on top of the kitchen or something. We asked to be moved and the second one had a nice balcony and no smell.

We stayed here for 4 nights in October, the location is excellent with all major sights within reach. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly from day one giving us a map of the city to our last day when they ordered our cab and looked after our bags while we did some last minuet sight seeing. The room was really comfy and clean and had all the things that we needed and more - the mini muffins were also a nice little treat. Overall an excellent stay and great value,

This hotel is in a fantastic location, just minutes from all old town sites, 15 mins by bus from City of Science and art and 15 mins by tram from the beach. It is on a pedestrianized street with bars outside, but whilst being busy during the day the rooms are quite soundproofed and it quietens down at night. The rooms are fairly 'sparse' but bed was very comfy. Sadly only double rooms seem to offer a bath and the bathroom of our quad room on had a shower. Plenty of places for coffee & breakfast immediately outside of the hotel.

Came to the hotel and realized we had only gotten one bed, rather than the two I expected. All other rooms were taken for the night, but we were offered to trade the next day when one opened up. We picked apart the bed and I put the matress on the floor. It was super bouncy, and lunged me across the room without problem. There was no need for walking as the matress provided me with a better, more fun, alternative. Matress gets 5/5, I wish I had 13 of them and I could build a fort.
They also had breakfast ready in the mornings with non stop coffee and more. There are however no mattresses in the dining room.
Staff was good and friendly. You had to leave the key at the door, which never was a problem as someone was there all the time. And they were very patient with me running in and out every five minutes for smoke breaks. Grabbing and leaving keys.
It had a great location for a great price, in the middle of old city, near buses and trams and foods and stuff. I'd stay again
