We stayed two nights. Hotel was very comfortable, if a bit pricey in relation to comparable U.S. hotels/rooms (even given the exchange rate after Brexit). Staff were terrifically friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Check in was swift. Staff was friendly. I had ordered food with desert and requested the desert be sent around 20 min after the main order. I was told thaT doubled cost me additional 4 GBP.
Breakfast was good. But the area was quite unorganised and during the morning and there was lack of staff to help.

Great location! Easy walking distance to the city center. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff in the dining room, the front desk and the John, the concierge were friendly and helpful. Great folks and a joy to talk to. The room was very clean and comfortable and room service was fast and tasty. The only complaint was the bar staff. Saturday night we went in for dinner and drinks and were ignored for over 25 minutes. Dirty glasses on the table were never cleared and the waitress looked at us and walked on past without a comment or an attempt to take our order. Finally we just ordered drinks at the bar, left and ordered room service. Sunday night the bar service was better, but the ladies tending the tables were not friendly at all.

My family of 6 stayed here for one night on out tour through Ireland. The hotel is a short walk to the train and bus station. There are numerous bars and restaurants in the area. There is a very busy bar right next door. The staff was very welcoming and kind. The breakfast was inexpensive and delicious! They serve pizza at all times for very cheap. The beds were comfortable and the rooms clean. The only single complaint I had was that the clasp holding the shower head was broken, so we had to manually rinse instead of just standing.. and the door on the shower is pretty see through if you have other guests you would prefer not see you in your birthday suit they should leave the room. Other than that I really enjoyed this hotel!

Excellent hotel, central location for access to city, tours outside Belfast and for access to airports, trains and buses. Wonderful time in hotel, great staff, magnificent food, lovely deep baths and comfy beds. What more could one want!

when we were there they are doing some updating of the rooms but it did not spoil our holiday, the only problem was two nights it was very hot so we opened the window as there was no air con and the supermarket close by had deliveries at 5.30am which was very noisey . we booked a trip to the giant causeway through the reception which was good. reception staff very helpful.

The hotel is located down a side street near the BBC offices in central Belfast so is relatively quiet. The breakfasts were very good value and the rooms were clean, comfortable and air conditioned. A fridge would have been ideal. The staff were very helpful in organising trips

Belfast’s central district seems to reflect the city’s storied past and optimistic future. Historic structures like City Hall and St. George’s Market mix together with modern shopping centers, hotels, and concert halls. Northern Ireland’s most well-known pubs are here; perfect for ending the day with a pint after exploring the area on foot.
