We stayed two nights. Hotel was very comfortable, if a bit pricey in relation to comparable U.S. hotels/rooms (even given the exchange rate after Brexit). Staff were terrifically friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

when we were there they are doing some updating of the rooms but it did not spoil our holiday, the only problem was two nights it was very hot so we opened the window as there was no air con and the supermarket close by had deliveries at 5.30am which was very noisey . we booked a trip to the giant causeway through the reception which was good. reception staff very helpful.
