From the moment we walked in the door we felt the warmth and comfortable atmosphere. The food was great and we enjoyed sittingi in the bar chatting with staff and guests. The location was perfect to walk around.

Good location downtown and close to everything. Very courteous staff. Exceptional gymnasium. Excellent restaurant. Rooms are a bit tired and plaster coming off bath enclosure. Beds very comfortable. If convenience, a gym and pool, and good food are high on your list - would recommend.

"Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast "
Stayed one night for a concert at SSE Arena (only 10 min walk away). Hotel is beautifully restored. We stayed in room 221 which was a spacious corner room with dual aspect windows overlooking the Harland and Woolfe cranes. Beds very comfortable, shower was fantastic. Bathrobes were a nice touch.
Breakfast is buffet style and was great! Good variety from cooked to continental. All the ingredients were excellent quality too. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall very impressed.
