overall great stay. Hotel is situated within walking distance to skiing. Hotel also provides frequent shuttles to Whistler Village. I loved breakfast selection every morning. Ski concierge was also very helpful. Things I didn't like: waiter recommended a dish with pork after I clearly stated that I don't eat meat. I got an appoligy but it stayed on the final check. NOT something you would expect from Four Seasons!

We stayed on the Gold floor (8). It was totally worth it. They had great food, free sodas, and a nice lounge. The staff there were so nice and helpful. Rented skis here and went up the slope right from the back door. Amazing skiing even in April and less people. Gotta go.

Skied nine consecutive days, each day there was 3 to 5 cm snow and on the last two days there was 250 cm .
Transport to the the resort is very good
The hotel was close to the lift which meant that I was skiing within 30 minutes of arriving - stored baggage, picked up ski lift pass and up the gondola.
The staff at the hotel were very helpful and personable.

Liked the location but my wife had an incident in the room after we checked in. She pulled the Murphy bed out from the wall and it came out so fast it knocked her off her feet and she fell back against the table and cracked her head. We had to visit the hospital as there was a lot of blood and she required three stitches. I think people should be made aware to take caution when pulling this down. We didn't report this to the hotel at the time but her head is still aching. I wish we had reported it now. The room we were in 311 was a bit tired but I will say the bed was comfortable. We were supposed to have four of everything in the kitchen but glasses for instance there were only two. Toaster only toasted one side of the bread as it was loose in the middle. Kettle took for ever to boil. This wasn't cheap for the three nights we stayed and it would have been nice to have the right amount of dishes.
We have stayed in the chamois before without incident.

Ski in and walk short distance out. Minor issues with light bulbs and gas log-effect fires not working. But served the purpose - which was to give us a respite for when we are not skiing very well. We had four in the one bedroom apartment - two in the king sized bed, and two on the sofa bed. No complaints!
