My husband and I stayed for one week in a sea view room with a very private balcony facing the Mediterranean Sea, amazing! The hotel dinning area and bar has a terrace with beautiful views of the sea as well. There is great access to the beach and a nice pool area. A Popa Restaurant is fabulous and on the lower level on the beach. There are also many bars and restaurants within walking distance. We loved staying here!

Having travelled the world extensively for many years we have stayed in many hotels but this boutique hotel stands out as probably the best overall experience we have ever had anywhere. The hotel is situated on a beautiful, tree-lined boulevard in the most select part of the city. Our room (number 6) was palatial and very quiet at all times. It was furnished and decorated to an exceptional standard with a huge, comfortable bed, superb bathroom and our own private courtyard with potted plants. The public spaces (lounge bar, terrace and restaurant) were both luxurious and comfortable - the whole place being kept spotlessly clean at all times. The enthusiastic and well-trained staff could not have been more helpful or attentive to our needs. We did not eat in the renowned restaurant in the hotel but enjoyed a delicious breakfast every day in the bar/cafe area. There is a taxi rank right outside the hotel and a bus stop for service number 2 which takes a circular route around the historical area and is a cheap, interesting way to reach places of interest and the main intermodal station for trips further afield by bus and train. The hotel is just a few minutes pleasant walk from the Cathedral, marina, numerous high-end shops and a multitude of bars and restaurants. The hotel is at the higher end of the scale as far as room rates are concerned but we had such an enjoyable experience that it was worth every Euro as far as we were concerned.

Me and my partner really enjoyed the quiet and slightly remote location of the hotel and made the most of the Spa facilities and the great breakfast and half-board dinner. We definitely would come back to relax.

We went to Mallorca for a romantic weekend getaway and we could not have chosen a better place than Posada Terra Santa. The amenities and the quality of the service were simply excellent. We were welcomed by the lovely Naila who not only provided us with city tour guides but also took the time to look for the places that suited our taste. The staff (Ainhoa, Francesco but especially Naila and Hugo) made us instantly feel at home, catering to all our needs. Naila was kind to add flowers and welcome gifts in the room, as it was a celebration weekend. On both evenings, Hugo spent time with us to find and book the best restaurant, going as far as recommending the best dishes to pick! I would definitely also advise on using the electrical bicycles provided by the hotel, as it is a wonderful way to discover the city. Finally, the spa has been designed in a beautiful and convenient way and was easily accessible upon request. On the amenities, I had taken the time to go through reviews and the website, but I have to admit that I was hugely impressed with the levels of luxury and professionalism we found upon arrival.
We have already planned to come back next year and I warmly recommend this unique gem!

I found the hotel in easy walking distance from the airport bus stop in Placa Espanya. I received a friendly welcome from Xisco and was left to it once I had the keys, and given his contact number in case of emergency.
The reception and breakfast area, and the staff office, is next door to the apartment block. It is an old building and they have tried to remain true to it in their redecoration. As such the room/apartment's layout was quite idiosyncratic with a sort of anteroom at the entrance with a sofa, a bathroom and a large, narrow bedroom leading onto a little terrace with a bistro set for sitting out. Usual tea/coffee stuff and kettle available, and some complementary water and a fridge. I also got the sense they were still finalising various details, e.g., the safe wasn't installed yet. It was all very nicely finished, with some quirky touches, e.g. a recliner chair.
Breakfast was included for me and as you'd expect for Spain - good bread, ham, cheese, oil, local specialities etc and some pastries, yoghurt and fruit. A nice start to the day.
The rooms/apartments are all rather on top of one another so if you have a loud neighbour, as I did for a while on the first night, you will hear them. On the plus side, this is so obviously the case that people soon realise and quieten down. I slept very well overall, not least because the bed was so comfortable.
If you are interested in wine the owners are also connected with a vineyard and bottles are available for sale.

Hotel is very close to one of the main shopping streets - which then opens up to all the main attractions.
Great selection of bars and restaurants all in walking distance
Room was huge - probably to much unused space. Bathroom was on the smaller side but still nice.
Breakfast was plentiful - staff were very friendly
Nice Jacuzzi in the spa

Very popular with British families, Santa Ponsa, on the southwest coast of the island, is a purpose-built resort set on a bay of fine white sand and shallow warm water. Quieter at night than its neighbouring resorts, Magaluf and Palma Nova (both approximately five kilometres east), Santa Ponsa is still close enough to enjoy their family attractions by day.
