We stayed for 3 nights at this gorgeous spot. The hotel is lovely and recently refurbished, our room was quiet with a beautiful sea view. Easy walking distance to local sandy beaches with crystal clear warm seas.
We were half board and the food was varied, fresh and well prepared. The staff were very helpful. I can imagine it's less relaxed in high season as it's a big hotel- I've heard that there is the normal battle for pool side loungers at busy times, but aside from that I'd go back in a flash.

This is a really good hotel in a convenient location close to the beach and local amenities, including a great selection of local restaurants and bars. It is modern and well decorated, with indoor and outdoor swimming pools and a spa, which includes a well equipped modern gymnasium. Our bedroom was very modern and included a walk-in shower but no bath. The twin beds were really comfortable. The breakfast buffet was the best I have experienced in years, with a very wide choice of hot and cold fresh food, with the cooked breakfasts being supplemented by direct requests to the breakfast chef on duty in the breakfast bar area. The breakfast staff were polite, friendly and efficient. In all, a first class experience.

Riu Bravo is close to the beach. Upon arrival we received complimentary champagne, we received info about timings for breakfast and dinner but no info about the surrounding area and things to do- this would have been helpful.
Room- nice, big, spacious, clean.
Food-lots of choice, rice dishes are undercooked, beef stroganoff is AMAZING, ring doughnuts are good, round doughnuts have no filling?? The breakfasts are good especially the freshly cooked breakfast when the woman is cooking the eggs you have to wait for them because she makes them in front of you.. when the man does them there is always a batch in the oven behind him ready to come out I personally preferred when the woman was making them.
Staff- staff in the dinner halls and bars were very friendly and tried really hard to understand what you wanted and always said hello, please, thank you and your welcome (Spanish, German and English)
Front Desk however, were unfortunately unhelpful and in fact rude. We needed to make a phonemail to our trader company and the front desk not only refused to help us but told us to use a mobile phone because the company probably spoke English. Never in any 4* hotel have I ever experienced such poor customer services or rudeness from staff it would have been a two minute phone call. I have stayed all over Italy in non all inclusive hotels which have been 4* and they have always been willing to help customers I feel the front desk lacked customer care.

Nice hotel, very clean, just beware that they have A/C seasonally and not all year long. I could not sleep because it was so hot. They said they may turn on the A/C later in May??? Dissapointed in expedia for not advertising this detail

Nice clean hotel, well located, five minutes from beach, excellent and cheap fifteen minute bus ride into Palma, beautiful city.
Appetising and plentiful breakfast.
We booked room with sea view ... bit of a con, from balcony you had to really look away to your right to see the sea!!
Would return to this hotel.
