What can I say.... what an absolutely beautiful hotel, from the glass of bubbly on arrival to the gorgeous colour schemes around the hotel, to the amazing breakfast spread.
This hotel is in a great spot, just a 5 min walk from the beach and a 10 min walk from the incredible sand dunes.
My husband and I both booked in for a massage at the hotel in the relaxation hut next to the pool on the second day there opting for a sports massage. This massage was done by Attie who was amazing... extremely thorough and very considerate to the pressure she was using. On our third day we opted for a full body relaxation couples massage and both Faina and Solya were also very thorough and we left feeling extremely relaxed.... lovely!
I would have no hesitation recommending this hotel and me and my husband would love to return.

We stayed 9 days in Axel Beach.
The hotel is clean, quiet, and perfect for going to the Yumbo if that's the holiday you are after.
The gardens are nice and spacious. Didn't really go to the pool area because it was always busy and the beds are kind of on top each other. But other than that great stay.
Will stay again

One of the better buffet type all inclusives I've been to. I really liked the food- very nice pool, although chairs filled up quickly. Beds are typically uncomfortable and hard. I really don't like the pushed together double bed approach- but it's common here, not just this hotel.

We were very happy with most things at the Parque Tropical. We moved our room after the first night as the first one looked over the road and was noisy. No problem at all to change for Bonnie at the front desk to change it for one overlooking the pool which was spacious and very comfortable. The restaurant is excellent serves up a lovely breakfast and supper buffet.
The staff are exceptional - helpful, friendly and ever smiling. We loved the way Juan Carlos the food and beverage manager carefully monitored all aspects of the restaurant and did a great meet and greet job!

Playa del Inglés (literally “Beach of the English”) is Gran Canaria’s busiest tourist resort. Despite the name, its superb long golden sands are popular with many north European nationalities. There is no single focus to this man-made resort; instead it clusters around 11 shopping centres. The island and Playa del Inglés in particular, is a magnet for gay holidaymakers; its heady nightlife ranges from drag cabaret to sleek upmarket clubs.
