"Good Place to Stay in Midtown"
The hotel is minimalist in a good way. The rooms are small but still have everything you need. It is very clean, new, and is quieter than I would have thought for Midtown Manhattan. Walking distance to subways, shopping, restaurants, cafes, Bryant Park/Library, UN building, Grand Central Station, Empire State Building, and for an avid walker even Central Park, Madison Square Garden, Times Square.

"Decent hotel close to everything in SOHO"
The location is amazing. Not too far from downtown, and walking to distance to tons of shopping and restaurants. The staff was not very friendly, and not accommodating. I would recommend Public to a friend, because of the amazing rooftop bar.

"Cool and small hotel in Koreatown"
Had a wonderful experience at Hotel 32 32. Staff was extremely friendly from checking in to checking out. They even held our bags for us for the day since there was a few hour difference between check out and heading to the Amtrak station (which is only a few blocks away). Room was small, which is expected for the price, but cozy and modern. Extremely clean all around!! View from the balcony isn't much, but nice to have if you're a smoker or want to see how hot it is outside. Only real complaint I have is that our AC unit leaked like a river, which was fixed by just throwing a towel under it and keeping an eye on it. Definitely would recommend to a friend!

"Great location in Tribeca"
The hotel is located near great public transport and a short stroll to Brooklyn bridge and the Oculus & 9-11 memorial. Great restaurants in the area combined with helpful staff make it a great place to be.

"Perfect upper west side location"
My family was in NY for a week and the Lucerne turned out to be a great location from which to see everything. With Central Park nearby we spent our evenings enjoying the neighborhood and taking leisurely walks around. During the day it was convenient to hop on the subway and take it to all the bustle of Times Square, Soho, Chelsea, and everywhere else. We didn't spend much time at the hotel, but when we were there, it was comfortable clean and quiet.

From the moment we checked in until our departure, I cannot say enough about this beautiful hotel. What an incredible experience for my two children and myself. The hospitality, the hotel, the details throughout were excellent and don't get me started on the music and atmosphere..superb!! We will be back and thank you Roxy for a stellar experience and for the Goldfish which we affectionately named "Steve" during our stay. OH...and the rooms were spotless, the beds so comfortable and the finishes and design of the rooms just GORGEOUS!!!

If you want to stay in the financial district, this is the place. Elegant decor. Professional, courteous staff. Breakfast off the main lounge is fabulous, as was the service. There is a building under construction next store, so be aware of noise.

"Great hotel close to Times Square and Central Park"
This is a lovely old hotel on the same street as Times Square and so close to Central Park . The room was smallish but we had two really comfortable double beds with lovely linen and to die for pillows! The bathroom was great and although have had a problem with the hot water, we didn't have that issue. The checking in was easy and very friendly, we go free wifi although we had booked with Expedia. Apparently, booking directly with the hotel means free wifi! We felt very safe staying here although it was a very busy area, the doorman was really nice as were the other staff. The great part about this hotel was the location, right on the road to Times Square and close to Central Park, I just stepped out of the hotel and I was a minute from running in the Park!

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Orange hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
