The receptionist was very rude in her behaviour towards me and to my kids. When i entered to ask for the bell boy to help me with the luggage, she very rudely tells me to stand in line where 2-3 guests were waiting to check-in. When I told her thT I want a Bell boy, she asked me to wait and told that someone from her colleagues would attend to the same. The bell boy came in 5 minutes.
While checking in, while I was discussing the issue of wifi in public domain I'll, my kids started playing with the pad that was kept at the reception used as a base to fill in the forms, and she rudely snatched the pad away, almost hurting the child.
Except for this the stay was very pleasant, the rooms, the view of the water front, breakfast, etc.
One of the supervisors at the reception, a male, was very helpful, when we approached him with queries about our railway ticket reservations and also for directions to go to the city centre.
