"Still the best value in Bratislava"
For most purposes, the location and price point of this hotel are ideal. The rooms are as spacious as one would need and are clean. One nitpick this time was the hotel must have been more full than on other visits and the sound does carry through the door (not so much the walls) when people are noisy in the hall.

"Renovated hotel in quiet area"
It was good experience, just they never fixed our central light in the bedroom. Quite noisy from the hallway. Otherwise located in quiet area. Front desk staff lovely and breakfast was also great. Little isolated, 20 min. walking to the Bratislava downtown. We can recommend this place.

"“Perfect Location - Great Hotel.”"
An excellent hotel in the middle of the city... High street shopping centre. Our room was very spacious with modern facilities and well decorated. Almost all tourist attractions are just a walking distance from the hotel. Many popular coffee shops and restaurants are nearby. We reached Bratislava railway station at around 6pm from Budapest. Though we knew the hotel was not very far from the railway station, nobody could direct us clearly how to get to the hotel.... hardly anyone could speak English. Staff at the railway station was also not helpful and no tourist information office is available at the station. In the end we we took a taxi, paid 23 euro for a 5 minutes drive to our hotel which we could have done under 2 euros by using a bus or a tram. The hotel reception is situated on the second floor and most rooms were on 3rd & 4th floor. The staff in the reception was too professional that they even forgot to give a smile or to have a friendly conversation...... just doing the work as per the book. Buffet breakfast was just average...... it could have been better if the staff in charge of the breakfast floor was more pleasant and friendly and put a smile when people come for breakfast in the morning. She looked like, someone got her up from her sleep and send to work in the breakfast area by force. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family planning to visit Bratislava.

"Paid parking and loud ballroom through the night"
Our expectations are not very high as this was one of the least expensive options for us in Bratislava. So, all in all, for the price, our experience was quite good. However, the ball room, which was 3 floors away and in a different wing of the hotel was loud until about 2am both nights we were there. It was also annoying that on top of our room fee, we paid an extra 20 euros for parking. There was free parking in the neighborhood adjacent that, in hindsight, I wish we'd taken advantage of and saved the 20 euros. One positive thing that no one told us about was the "gym" that is actually just some creative use of the stairwell space. There was a pull up bar, push up/squat straps etc. More hotel's should do this as it appeared to be inexpensive but a good use of space that is often totally unused. We were also given a family room which was just two rooms with an adjoining door. We weren't expecting the arrangement to be as nice as it was and despite the noise, our daughters slept quite well.

"Old World Charm"
First, I would stay here again. That said, the property is tired but the short walk to Old Town was pleasant and the overall atmosphere on the boat was charming. Our small room could use some re-furbishing, but it was comfortable enough sleeping and the bathroom, though up-dated, was tight (with plenty of hot water). It was tough without A/C during the heat wave we experienced, but there was a table fan which saved us. Breakfast was simple, but adequate. We drove, and parking is free on a side street, across the boulevard, below the castle. You must park first, and walk down to the botel as there is no vehicle access to the riverfront. It was not far, and we did not have any trouble. There is a public computer in the lobby. Overall, it was a good value for an inexpensive stay.

"Perfect hotel for all your needs"
I booked this hotel last minute and wasn't sure what to expect. It was perfect, the rooms are spacious and extremely clean. Free wifi, good size bathroom room. When I went to get some lunch in the hotel the poor chef had just finished making /serving lunch for 40 people they were having a meeting there. Unfortunately they had run out of the soup and a few other items so I asked him to just make me something , surprise me. He made a lovely chicken cesura salad wrap and it was full and tasted wonderful. His attitude was friendly and helpful. I would recommend the hotel again. I know it is close to the centre but unfortunately I had to work on my day there. But had an excellent nights sleep.

Bratislava is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Bratislava, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Bratislava hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
