Everyone was so nice. The food was fun too. I love how everything is beautiful, but also eco-friendly. The food was delicious and everything was very fresh. Plus I think I had the best view out my hotel window that I have ever had.

Unusual windows in all the rooms, but nevertheless very comfortable rooms. All the fixtures and fittings in the bedroom and bathroom seemed almost new. Location is great, literally 2 minutes walk from the main railway station. My only complaint would be that they didn’t have a power adapters available in the hotel.

Great choice! My partner and I absolutely love this hotel. It’s conveniently located close to the railway station, the underground, and the tram line. There are also a few restaurants nearby if you prefer not to dine in the hotel’s own restaurant. Although the hotel is situated on a very busy street, you won’t hear any traffic noise inside. There’s a rooftop terrace with a panoramic view of the city where you can enjoy a drink, and a well-equipped gym with everything you need to stay fit during your stay. The Belvedere Palace is within walking distance, and you can also stroll to the city center. Breakfast is excellent—a generous buffet with a wide variety of options, which you can enjoy either indoors or outside in the garden. The reception desk is open 24 hours and the staff are always friendly and helpful—I truly appreciate them. The hotel feels as if it was newly built or recently renovated: modern, stylish, and spotlessly clean. The rooms are not very large and the beds are a bit narrow, and I did miss having a luggage bench, but overall I still love the place. The rooms come with all the essentials, including a kettle with complimentary coffee, tea, and water, as well as a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and all the other usual amenities.

It was a very stylish building. The staff were nice and helpful, particularly the young lady who checked us in at reception and helped when we needed assistance. She was also serving in the bar one evening. The only let down for our stay was the leaking shower door which flooded the floor each time we used it, even after being repaired by a maintenance man.
