The hotel was pleasant and in a convenient location for exploring Birmingham and all it has to offer. Either it be shopping (Bull Ring) or music and entertainment (O2 Academy/Symphony Hall). Concierge were helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. Check-in and Check-out was speedy and efficient. The room was perfectly clean and tidy with all the amenities listed on the website. I was disappointed in the coffee machine as it was just a kettle and coffee sachets. I had seen earlier in photos on the website that the rooms had coffee machines so that was slightly underwhelming on entering. The bedroom and bathroom needed a bit of paint touch ups as the walls and tiles were cracked or had chipped paint. It made the bathroom look dirty which was off putting. We had a lovely king sized bed but the duvet cover was incredibly coarse and neither me nor my partner could use it. Instead we used our own dressing gowns which we luckily had packed with us, as duvets and turned up the heating to stay warm overnight. The hotel is nice but not worth the £225 I paid for. for that price I would have expected an all round better experience.

"Worth it"
Can't complain was a great stay over. Window was drafty but rectified by closing curtains. Excellent no parking charge for Blue Badge Holder. Stayed on 19th Nov 2017 after watching Depeche Mode Concert, Depeche Mode were amazing. Major road works in Birmingham City Centre, best advice to get to Broad Street while road works is to use Five Ways Round About. Jurys Inn is then on your right hand side.

"Close but not great............."
Initially pleased by being upgraded from a single apartment to a double (which turned out "just as well".......... Rooms were clean and tidy and kitchen area was well provided for with utensils plus normal equipment (cooker, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster) Lounge very spacious with 2 large sofas facing the TV, one of which was a sofabed. Using the bathroom opened my eyes to the first problem; the lack of flush from the toilet - it was almost non-existent (so just as well I didn't need to flush anything solid away). Next issue was the double bed in the first bedroom; it was laughably horrible with springs you could feel as soon as you lay down on it. This is where the upgrade to a second bedroom became useful, as I slept on one of the single beds in the twin-bedded second bedroom. However, it then became clear that the curtains in the bedrooms were not 'black-out' curtains, as the lights in the surrounding area could be seen through the curtains. Luckily I'm a good sleeper so this didn't disturb me unduly. It sounds like I'm 'moaning' about everything here, but the hotel and the room would have been brilliant/5* if not for the aforementioned niggles. And the location was excellent, being in the middle of the Chinese Quarter of Brum so surrounded by nice restaurants etc.

"Close to Birmingham City Centre"
Hotel in a good location. Staff were all very pleasant, we received a nice warm welcome. Restaurant staff were excellent, food lovely. The restaurant itself could have been a little bit warmer, we were quite chilly. The room was very clean, however was very disappointing as it was so small, hardly room to move, glad it was only 1 night stay.

Birmingham is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Birmingham, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Birmingham hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
