"Nice hotel only 10 minutes from the city centre "
Quick check in. My room was very comfortable and clean. I had a room at the back overlooking the car park so it was very quiet. Breakfast was lovely and had quick service. If anything the lounge and reception area could do with upgrade. Would definitely stay there again tho.

Ideal location right outside new street station. Never received 4 digit code to get in. Couldnt find any staff to ask for a late checkout. standard size rooms, however double bed was small and uncomfortable. Apartment has a strange smell. Dishwasher provide gave all dishes an intese wash before used. Price is a bit high for what you receive.

Stopped in this hotel for boyfriends birthday. It was a great price, staff were helpful, very comfy bed, loved the coffee machine in reception, décor was nice and modern, really liked the lighting in the room. The shower was amazing. The only thing I can critique is the room was a little small, when taking a shower the bathroom is open plan so the bathroom gets very wet everywhere as there is no compartment which sections the shower off to the rest of the bathroom. We booked a standard room which did not have a window which was a little disorienting in the morning and may be a little alarming for someone who is claustrophobic. Overall non of this ruined our experience and we would return in the future.

"Nice hotel 15 minute walk to centre "
Had a nice stay at St Pauls House. The check in was easy, the room spacious and comfortable. We looked out onto a building site which was a bit noisy in the morning. The staff were nice and polite at reception. Although at breakfast they were slow. There were only 6 people having breakfast including us we had to wait 25 mins then our drinks were forgotten. Apart from that it was a nice experience.

Burne Jones House by CityQuarters

11-12 Bennetts Hill, Birmingham - Map
"Well equipped apartment, very near the Town Hall "
I just needed a bed for the night for a function at the Town Hall, and this was much cheaper than the local hotels. My apartment had a balcony and was very well equipped including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and oven so would have been ideal for longer stays. It was looking a bit tired in places and the hot water failed during the night. However, the really negative point is the entrance security. The property is unmanned so you get a security code by email which gives you access to the front door and wall safe which has your entrance keys. What none of the paperwork explains is that the security code changes at midnight after which you need to use the keyfob to open the front door, this will catch you out if you stay out late and if you pop out for breakfast - so take note and be warned!

Birmingham is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Birmingham, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Birmingham hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
