Perfect location

Great location. Walking distance to Big Ben, parliament, Westminster abbey and Buckingham palace. Bus stop in front of hotel as well as 2 tube stations. Nice kitchenette with microwave, toaster and stove top. Grocery store 2 doors down from hotel. Only thing the hide-a-bed couch needs to be change as mattress not comfortable at all. Besides that highly recommended

Great experience!! After a hard time getting to the property from the Airport, we were greeted right away and checkin was seamless. Self check in with a little assistance, we were straight to the room. Hotel room (1009) had a great view of the train yard and we could only hear trains when the window was open or if the TV was off. We only stayed a night, but we seen the room attendants scrubbing the walls as we passed by another room getting cleaned, thought it was a special case, but after breakfast seen the same in a different room. After our stay, they held our bags all day so we could explore giving us peace of mind.
