Worst night ever.

This is listed as a 4-star hotel, while asking if there is any vanity kit available, the hotel staff asked to buy a vanity kit and toothpaste/brush from the outside shop, which seemed so absurd. There was no hair dryer in the room, no slippers, the shower was leaking, and the water was all over the washroom. There were bedbugs that did not let me sleep the entire night, and I experienced the worst time in bed, causing a severe infection on my skin because of the bug bites. I am not sure if the hotel is a real 4-star hotel. Contacted the hotel at 4 am in the morning as I could not sleep the entire night, and they mentioned that they would investigate.

Great Stay - Friendly Staff

Great stay! Fine hotel in a good neighborhood in London. We easily walked to the river, Big Ben, Westminster Abby and even Buckingham Palace.

This was our first trip to London and we weren’t sure where to stay. The hotel is conveniently located to many points of attraction. Lots of restaurants close by. Rooms were larger than expected and had a mini kitchen. All of the staff were so kind and helpful. Found a few neighborhood pubs and it really gave us a warm welcome. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, closed to Elizabeth tower and London Eye. Also had a few markets closed by to buy some groceries. One thing I didn’t see in the room- shower cap, lotion and drawers to put the clothes. They never added new hand soap when they came to clean the room. Other than that we had a great stay!! Thank you!

A 5-minute walk from Waterloo Station. Check-in staff were friendly and helpful. The room we had was very spacious and quiet - we were surprised to find a hob, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. Everything was very clean. The included free Wifi was reliable and fast, which was handy. We were also able to leave luggage safely after we checked out so that we could spend more of our last day in London without our bags. We didn’t have an opportunity to use food and drink facilities but the bar looked very cosy. Overall, my partner and I were very happy with our stay.

I am an older woman travelling on my own. I felt safe and found the staff to be very helpful, kind and attentive. The room was spotless, there was a fully functional kitchen with a dishwasher. and fridge. The walk in shower and toiletries were lovely, also very clean. There was a tv, power point for usb, hair dryer, safe, iron and board. View of the London Eye and glimpses of The Houses of Westminster. The bed was just a little hard for me, I have a very soft mattress at home. The breakfast was expensive for the variety of food. The waiting staff were exceptional and very hard working.

We had a fine stay overall, however there was a cleanliness issue. The bathroom shower had hair and soap scum, and no bathroom fan was causing residue buildup on the ceiling. One of the nightstand lamp shades was stained pretty bad with brown splatter. There was also an orange stain on one of the towels. The rest of the room was fine, but some items could have used replacing/better cleaning.

It was a nice experience, we had everything we needed and the staff were helpful. It’s just that there is no on site parking, we had to pay extra money to pack off site which is like 5minutes walk.
