"Pleasure hotel with friendly staffs"
I booked this hotel for my parents and brother and they loved it. The staffs were very friendly. The only thing they complained was that there was no parking.

"Gorgeous character hotel"
Loved the decor in this hotel, something so different to anything i have seen before. We stayed on the 2nd floor 'Oceanic' which was decorated throughout the halls like padded black leather which was pretty cool! Our room was for 5 people, it has 2 double beds and a huge sofa bed. The jacuzzi bath was easily the best feature here!! loved it, had a right laugh all of us piling in there after a night out - shower was amazing too, very cool. Only fault i can pick is the size of the bathroom, considering how big the room is its very small, not much actual floor space. Otherwise couldn't fault it. Great location - right back the docks and lots of bars and only 12 min walk from lime street train station. Will definitely be coming back!

"Excellent apartment and cheaper than a hotel room"
Efficient check in and out with polite and friendly staff. First rate facilities and location. Would highly recommend. Just two things need improvement. One is how to find the entrance ... We had to circle the whole building complex in the rain as there are no signs.Second was the room temperatures which were so hot with no thermostat or fans or air con to alter the temperature.

"Stunning Hotel"
The Titanic Hotel is a beautifully renovated hotel in a massive converted old rum warehouse. The rooms are large and very comfortable with very posh, luxurious beds. The bar and restaurant are beautifully appointed and very upscale. Dinners are expensive, and whilst my wife's lemon sole was excellent, my sirloin steak for 32.50 was quite tough and gristly. I would advise sticking to fish dishes. The location is a bit out of the downtown and dock area, but if you don't mind a walk, it's doable. We walked from the hotel to the Cavern Quarter in 35 minutes and the next day from the hotel to Albert Docks in 32 minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed this exceptional hotel.

"Hotel very central location"
A few disappointments during our stay. Hairdryer did not work but was given a replacement. We were charged £2.50 to store each bag as we arrived earlier than check in. We came home after a late night out to find the lift out of order. We were 4 floors up. My friend has trouble walking so this was a real problem. When we finally got into our room the TV didn't work. We complained to staff in the morning and their response was we should have walked back down 4 floors to tell them about the TV problem, then have to walk back up the 4 floors. We were offered 1 bottle of water as an apology. No tea/coffee facilities in room. We stayed 2 nights but the room was never made up nor towels replaced.

"Wonderful place to stay in Liverpool"
What can you say about Gary and the Team at Mountford Hotel. Firstly, the building is absolutely amazing. So much character and extremely well renovated and preserved. Gary and his team were so helpful with any requests and even assisted with onward airline booking information. The morning chef, security and cleaning staff were friendly and informative about the local area. Rooms were beautifully clean and well presented. Only downside is that onsite restaurant is not open 7 nights a week. However, Gary insisted we try the local restaurant strip which offered a vast variety of international and local cuisine, and we were not disappointed.
