"A truly Professional organization. Outstanding."
Excellent reception on check in with a room upgrade offered when I said we were here to celebrate a special anniversary. A great start. The food was great and the service faultless. The room perfect and even the car parking in the adjacent NCP taken care of professionally. Unfortunately, I left in a hurry the next morning forgetting my iPad. The Hotel security swung into full alert and it was found a few hours later, and the Hotel mailed it to me the next day. Now that is the kind of service only a top Hotel provides, so well done. Bob

"Nice big bed"
This experience is mainly about the room and staff as didn't see anything of the rest of the hotel. The room was average but with an excellent massive bed. Tea/Coffee was available in the room. Only continental breakfast was on offer. Bathroom was tired looking with a knee high shower! Hand held unfortunately but adequate. Staff on reception were excellent, very polite and helpful. Parking is a bit of a nightmare to be honest, only a few spaces at front of hotel. Area is also not ideal for finding a parking space.

"Very nice to stay"
The overall of staying in the apartment was very good. Big space of the rooms was an advantage of the property. Saturday night was to noisy as the sound was passing through the windows. We arrived with the car but the security guide wasn't aware for our arrival. However, he assist us and gave us instructions how to go to the car park. The apartment was very clean full of kitchen utilities (cutlery, milk, cereals etc.)

"Could be better"
Stayed here many times over last 15 years. Great location. Great staff. However, duvet and pillow cases poor quality so not a great sleep. Breakfast this time also poor. Watery, tasteless poached egg and soggy toast! All above easily rectified with a little more attention to detail. Shame!

"Lovely hotel great location"
We were not expecting too much as the price was so good. We were in for a big surprise. The position of the hotel is perfect for everything in the city centre and the shopping areas and very easy to get to and park. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The room was perfect for the three of us with lots of room even with two double beds. The whole hotel was extremely clean and very well decorated to make you feel very comfortable when returning after a show. The breakfast was excellent value and the fact that kids eat free a real bonus. Another very nice touch was the games that were put out for the kids. This kept them occupied whilst parents had a hard earned drink and also kept them quiet! Well done Novotel Bristol. We will certainly be back and tell all our friends.

"Gorgeous, Gorgeous, Gorgeous!"
Found this gem on-line looking for somewhere with old English charm and could not have been more delighted. Room was enchanting, large and clean. Bathroom is divine with roll top bath and huge walk through shower. The Bistro downstairs was the perfect place to enjoy copious amounts of tea followed by a delicious dinner with wine from the extensive wine cellar. The fabulous staff topped off a wonderful 2 day stay. Location is perfect as walkable into old town and central shopping area. 10/10!

Bristol is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Bristol, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Bristol hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
