The first day I arrived in the airport at the information desk I asked the young lady to contact the resort to inquire about transportation from the airport to the hotel, we got no answer using the contact number listed in the guide excursions Dominica Republic, prior to arriving, Expedia personnel also tried to contact the resort with no answer. But when arrived at the resort I was given two numbers, 809412-20001/20002 as the resort contact #'s. Who would have known when there info is not updated? However, the highlight of my trip, the rooms, and yes the room, looks great in online photos. Had some water issues you don't see from the beautifully posted online photos. I had three room changes within the first and second day of my stay. The first room located near the lobby, the view was bad, the bathroom look like a bathroom in a motel, rest stop. The second room change within minute, great, yeah, this room the celling in the bathroom had a small leak I thought, they came and repaired it, the next Moring, after waking up after a long flight the day before, an early morning shower would be grate to start the day off. To my surprise, turned the shower on, the outside of the shower the floor was full of water coming from under the tub/shower combo. We were given the third room, wow was my expression, took a shower, the celling in the hallways of the entrance to the room, started leaking, the floor had a pool of water. It took the resort almost a whole day to address the issue.
