Bring your own liquor, theirs is watered down. Upcharge for decent alcohol. Food is decent but you need a reservation if you want to eat at anywhere other than the buffet which is a little I convenient because you can’t always keep it if your doing excursions and coming back a little too late due to transportation or whatever. A fun stay though.

The people were absolutely amazing. They helped with everything and we experienced great service. The restaurant options were varied and the food was delicious! We heard other visitors comment on the food being better than other resorts. We did have a plumbing issue that took a full day to repair and our family experienced problems with the AC in their room. Aside from the maintenance issues, we loved our stay. We would come back again.

Hotel was average. Went here for a group trip for a bachelorette party 4 days /3 nights. 10 people and we all felt the same. Waitress around the pool bar area and sport bar waiter were great BUT the rest of the staff had major attitudes and flat out rude. Food was horrible. Wait time at restaurant was unbelievable 9pm reservation at the steakhouse and didn’t get served food until 10:30pm and the resort wasn’t even crowded. I have been to Punta Cana plenty of times and have never experienced this in the past. Will definitely not be returning to this resort

Property was clean and well maintained. I would have liked that it was explained a bit better that if you went from the adults side to the family to bring a towel from the adults side to avoid having to walk back again but all in all amazing.

The service was GREAT! We didn't upgrade our room, and honestly didn't need to. We were NEVER in it! Junior and Pamela were the BEST! They went out of their way to take care of my family at EVERY opportunity. After one day the service staff in the buffet knew my family and ensured seating together (12 people!), our preferred morning beverages, even my OMELT order! Thank you Serenade for an amazing and memorable vacation with my family.

Our stay was good to fair — we had hoped it would be excellent since we were celebrating a birthday weekend. To be fair, we arrived late due to a flight delay and didn’t have much time to get familiar with things like restaurant reservations. I do wish there were more dining options available, and it didn’t make much sense that not all restaurants were open every day. The food at both the buffet and restaurants was good, but the variety felt limited. The property itself is absolutely stunning — truly paradise. We stayed on the Adults-Only side, which was a nice touch. One downside was housekeeping. We requested our room to be cleaned, but they always came by later in the day when we were either napping or getting ready, which was a bit of a letdown. I’d consider coming back, but most likely for a shorter stay.

I had a wonderful vacation thanks to the hospitality of the staff at this hotel, especially Lucy and each and every one who served me. They keep the hotel clean and with a pleasant atmosphere. The only thing that bothered me a little was that when I took a shower, I was sometimes left without water for a few minutes, as the water kept coming and going. At the Brazeria restaurant, they went out of their way to bring me the meat cooked to the exact point I ordered. I would only recommend that the drinks in the bar area be of better quality, since for the price they don't offer the best, although the bartenders do their best to please you. One recommendation: ask Marcos at the lobby bar for the Tucan shot.
