Para se un hotel tan grande y bonito, necesita mantenimiento. Los espejos se le quedan en la mano, el asensor no funciona tuvimos que bajar las maletas por las escaleras,el marco de la puerta de la entrada esta flojo, la bañadera no se tapa. Cuando llegue me trataron de enganchar en un club y las habitaciones que reserve estaban muy lejos de mis hijas. Muy mal servicio el spa es la mejor que tienen. Y la comida deliciosa. Por lo demas deberian instruir al personal muy poca atencion en el restaurante. No regresaria

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with a recent experience with Expedia. We purchased a package which include a $200 credit per person for spa services as part of our package, the front disk agent at the resort and the spa receptionist confirmed that the credit could be used, tge took the coupns . However, at checkout on our last day we were charged the full amount, and the coupons were denied. Despite the manager's initial confirmation, we ended up paying an additional $395 out of pocket. As a loyal Expedia customer with many years of travel experience, I am shocked and disappointed by this unexpected issue. I am requesting reimbursement for the amount we were incorrectly charged. I hope that you can look into this matter and provide a prompt resolution.

This place is dated. Room service did not replace all the towels they took on a daily basis. The mini fridge was not always completely restocked. Online you see a beautiful white sand beach with clear blue water, in reality, the water is brown and dirty and a ton of seaweed floating in the water. Good thing there are more than enough pools to swim in because you don't want to swim at the beach. The buffet had a good selection, but most of the food was overcooked to the point that it was dry. The other resturants require reservations that are difficult and near impossible to get. I did get 1 reservation for 5pm. There were about 15 tables, only 3 were being used and there were no more reservations to be had at the 5 pm time slot. I guess they can only handle 3 tales an hour. Maybe that's why the food here was good. The nightly shows are about an hour long and average. The gift shop is grossly overpriced, There are lots of people there to sell you a tour, beware, these are huge money grabs. Check out was not much better, huge line and only 1 person working the counter. On the plus side, the staff is friendly and helpful. Not much value for the money spent

The hospitality is amazing my room was wonderful. The algae was on the beach however I wasn't here to swim just relax. Again the staff is A1 as well as the service. The clinic needs to be bit better. I went in to get some gauze the nurse only had one in the whole clinic for my stay. The shop has gauze lol however they tried to charge me $7USD for one little small piece of Gauze when the carton clearly was marked $7 for the entire box. I literally was standing there while she was peeling the price sticker of the box and said seven dollars for a piece of gauze the size of a baby bandaid. That was my only issue with my stay other than that had a wonderful time

The property was clean and the staff was very nice and accommodating; however the rooms were outdated and I would say that needed more furniture like night stands and a dresser with drawers. AC needed more power.

El servicio al cliente no es agradable, el mismo dia que llegue al pedir mi primer trago me lleve una muy desagradable experiencia con uno de los chicos del bar, al siguiente dia en uno de los buffet para desayunar igual con una de las empleadas de ahi solo pork le pregunté si podía sentarme en una mesa que no sabia si estaba ocupada, en el area de la piscina donde estan los toboganes el que estaba en el bar en ese momento igual una actitud como que no quería preparar los tragos, en la habitación habia sangre en las paredes al parecer de mosquitos que han matado, en el mimibar ponen servesas pero no ponen un destapador para poder habrirlas, las copas y los vasos de los restaurantes y areas de buffet no se ven limpios, y el dia de mi check in en mi desayuno encontré pelo en mi huevo. No soy de dar este tipo de reseñas pero la verdad fueron muchas cosas, cuando nosotros como clientes hacemos un esfuerzo de dinero y tiempo y elegimos un lugar para vacacionar y descansar lo menos que esperamos es un trato agradable talvez darle algún entretenimiento al personal no estaria de mas porque son pequeños detalles que marcan la diferencia entre una buena o mala experiencia en el cliente. Our stay at SunScape Coco in Punta Cana was absolutely wonderful! The staff made all the difference—Rosio, Ruth, and Cruz were amazing bartenders who always greeted us with a smile and made the best drinks. Jorge was such a huge help with our restaurant reservations and made everything so easy for us. The entire team went above and beyond to make sure our trip was enjoyable and stress-free. Beautiful resort, great service, and an overall unforgettable experience. We can’t wait to come back

Property was ok, food great, staff was excellent! The only thing I didn’t like is the smoking in the property. There were people smoking all over the place, even in the pool! There should be a designated area for people to smoke. Also, the property could use some renovations specially with the furniture.

I had a good stay! The employees were pleasant specially the ones from the Main Looby Bar and the girls from the Vip Bar in Sunscape Club. What I did not like they were a lot of mosquitoes outdoors. I now that is part of being in a tropical island, but they can work on that.
