We stayed here for 6 nights and everything was fabulous! The food exceeded my expectations—they clearly take pride in it, and it shows. The staff was equally amazing: attentive, kind, and always helpful. Our room was very nice, and upgrading to a swim-up pool was absolutely worth it—we highly recommend it! The beach itself is beautiful, but we noticed it’s rarely used. Unfortunately, the vendors selling items are extremely persistent, to the point where it became uncomfortable. Saying “no thank you” was never enough, and at times we had to leave the beach and go to the pool just to relax. That was really the only downside to an otherwise wonderful stay. During our trip, we also toured their sister resort, Finest, and were very impressed. We’re already looking forward to coming back with our kids to experience it together as a family. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this resort!

Love the staff. Getting a massage at the beach was awesome. I ended up getting 3 massages from Sonia. She has great hands and she has excellent conversation skills

This was my second time staying at this resort, last time was in 2021. I must say that they have greatly improved since then!!! I felt like my experience was enjoyable, but the weather did take away two whole days from the sun! Staff are very friendly, and are not actively desperate for tips, which makes the experience more enjoyable. drinks were relatively strong, and I was glad that my room came with three bottles of liquor, and a complementary bottle of Merlot red wine. We stayed in the pool Terrace suite, and the hot tub A part of the room was a nice touch. A little disappointing that the hot tub was dirty from prior use, but thankfully, I brought Lysol wipes to clean prior to me going into it. Linens were clean and fresh, although when going to utilize the remote for the TV, there were no batteries. The breakfast morning buffet at the kitchen table restaurant was always very fresh and enjoyable. Upon my last day, I had a waiter named Pablo and I expressed the milk he poured in my coffee. Had something floating in it… He then expressed that it was the milk, and poured more milk into the coffee, turning it the color, beige… I felt like we may have had a language barrier, and I elected to not drink my morning coffee that day. The check-in and checkout process was seamless, the lobster house was delicious for lunch, and the evening entertainment always kept me on my toes! would highly recommend this resort if you have the funds to afford the high pricing for a luxury all inc
