The resort is keep very clean, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I specifically love the attention me and my family got by Alvin at the buffet restaurant. He was just great. The food overall was actually pretty good with alot of variety. The only complaint is the beach which was full of algae due to the season. Although the hotel staff did their best to clean it out. Overall, I would highly recommend the resort.

Hotel excelente! Quarto enorme e lindo piscinas deliciosas, comida expecional, bebidas deixam A desejar, chopp apenas presidente e nunca estava gelado, cervejas somente pagando, vinhos muito bons, existem Muitas coisas pagas à parte no hotel, existe uma área, cardápio, transporte, bebidas exclusivas para o up grade chamado privilege, não há serviço como comida na piscina e bebida vc precisa ir pegar no bar, prepare-se para dar gorjetas se quiser ser bem atendido. Sou silver no hotéis.com então ganhei 70usd pra gastar no hotel, que é uma falácia pois teria que gastar 700usd e alguns itens ou serviços para conseguir usar esse crédito.

It was pretty good. The room ac wasn't working properly. It was kind of annoying changing clothes to go and eat. They should have an outdoor place to eat. The entertainment was great. The team was really nice. Specially Shagi. He's a sweet, a gentlemant ,attentive and make feel at home. I cant say the same above the ppl saling thing on a table by the entrance. They just tske advantage of the turist traying to rip them off with ridicules prices. I will come back soon
