The property was well kept, the pools were nice and clean. The staff were a mixed group of people that seemed eager to help and others that couldn't be bothered. We were travelingwith a big group and there were some issues. I booked transportation through Go Majestic and there were no representatives when I arrived, check in as a nightmare and one room had a broken AC that was never looked into.

Waiter and waitress not attentive. Ordered water 3-4 times and not getting it. Taking away food that I did not finish. Did not even ask. Most workers Barely speaks English. Food is not good compare to cancun. I will never come back to this country. I should have listened review and other people. Punta cana is way behind in everything compare to cancun Mexico. Managers need to learn about what is hospitality is. Services were terrible at punta cana. Will never go back ever. They need to learn how cancun operate.

The main pool had several damages and tiles keep breaking off, thus causing my foot to be cut. Majestic Colonial is next door and you can use their pool you just won't be served any drinks.

Fantastic service, especially from our butler Richard Rondon. Beautiful resort. The beach would have been excellent except there is fair amount of seaweed this time of year (August). The resort continually cleared there beach of seaweed. Plenty of shade and palapas, very soft sand. The pools were top notch with availability of Bali beds and some palapas

Stayed for 6 nights and had a great experience overall. The rooms were spacious and spotless, and the staff were truly outstanding. I enjoyed the variety of food options available throughout the resort. The only downside is that the resort is quite large, so getting around to different amenities and activities took some time. That said, it’s a small trade-off for everything else the hotel offers. Would definitely recommend it for a relaxing and fun stay!

It was a fantastic vacation! The food, the entertainment, the pools and even the beach was incredible even with the seaweed. The workers do a fabulous job keeping it clean. The resort was always clean, the staff always pleasant and the food was delicious. I returned last night and my family is already talking about going back this year!
