We had a fantastic stay. I loved the layout of the resort. Restaurants, cafe, shopping, and entertainment area were all centered around the lobby. No guess work on where anything was. Pools along the entire resort with many accessible bars and people taking drink orders. I only docked a star bc the lower level of the lobby was full of roaches at night, we ended up having on in our room as well.

Breathless and Speechless. My Wife and I just returned fromher birthday and our anniversary get away and we already want to come back! The staff and I mean everyone was amazing with how they treated us everday! The food was great! All of the restaurant were awesome. I definitely recommend paying a little extra so you can walk right out of your room into the pool. The swim up bar was spectacular. We met some great people. I also recommend bringing a bluetooth speaker. The pool was quiet and relaxing but everyday i broke out my JBL and everyone would turn up. Music brings people together and helps everyone open up. Plus i took request! Great place on the premise for coffee and desert!!! You will not be disappointed. Make sure you bring about $100 in american dollars in singles to cover your tipping. You will want to tip this beautiful staff. The work so hard to ensure you enjoy your stay!

Our Butler Alejandro was absolutely phenomenal he made us feel home away from home. Me and my daughter were able to contact him whenever we needed him he was very efficient with responding back and communicating. He deserves 10 stars for his hospitality. We are also love our bartender Edwin he also was amazing and warming and invited. The staff was very good but those 2 stood out for me. There’s so much to do we squeeze in as much as we can in our 3 day stay. The resort is very clean has so many options for food and drinks. The entertainment they provided everyday was awesome. We will definitely both come to this resort. I recommend this place to stay is 5 stars and more. It was very luxurious the rooms the entry way everything was top tier. Hate too leave so soon
