Ok now my stay at Riu Republica Adults only was amazing. It was my Honeymoon. The resort was awesome in every way except the specialty restaurants. In my opinion the cooks either over cooked or under cooked everything. The buffett was amazing.

Hola para empezar hice mi reserva desde el día que la hice le envíe un email para ver si era posible acomodar las 3 reservas cerca. Cuando llegué eran 11am el check in lo hicieron pero la entrega de las habitaciones era a las 3pm le indiqué que si era posible acomodarnos cerca el cual me indicó que sí que ya estaba ello pero las habitaciones no estaban ready que iban a estar ready a las 3pm.pues cuando voy a las 3pm me atiende otra muchacha pues cambió las habitaciones y nos dio otros número le indiqué que ya teníamos números y ella me indicó que su compañero no las cogio ni escribió nada y ya estaban cogida , pues me pudo acomodar dos habitaciones cerca pero la mía era por lo último del hotel cuando llegó ala habitación llamo al front dese y le digo que si me podían cambiar por que estaba muy lejos de mi familia pues me cambian cuando llego a la habitación te habían personas ay pues me puse mal por qué no estaba muy bien de salud pues para hacer el cuento corto me cambiaron 3veces de habitación y en la última que quedé al otro día caían aguas negras del toilet por el techo del baño y la pared la peste no había quien la aguantara lo reporte todos los días llamaba , iba personal y nunca iba nadie tenía que poner toallas y el safacon a recoger el agua y si lo arreglaron el día antes de yo salir del hotel y tengo fotos y video no estoy hablando por hablar,

I was told when I got there that there was no room to stay there and that I was being moved to another hotel after traveling all day. I was disappointed as this was planned for my 40th birthday. So unfortunately I did not get to experience the Riu Republica.

Horrible service in my room no air conditioning first day try to call front desk no answer finally then send someone no respond they change my room no phone in the room, toilet didn’t work, cockroaches in the building and even in my room, the sink in my room also didn’t work and front desk service horrible they even ignore you or they talk to you in a very mean voice

The Food and Liquor was excellent. the pools had access all night long. Had a GREAT time. If you go there DO NOT fly Arajet really bad airline.

The beds were comfortable. The beach was nice. That’s where it end. Rooms were terrible otherwise. Door to balcony was broken so it never stayed closed. Air condition was awful. Food made everyone in my party sick everyday.
