The food was terrible. I had to be moved to a different room. The first room they put me in full full of bugs. It smelled the shower was rusted floor cracked and dirty TV and phone did not work. Only decent part of this resort was the landscaping party pool and the beach

We didn't have a good experience. Half of the staff don't want to attend us or be nice and polite. They just ignored us. 2 of the pools were green and closed Fire alarm on 2 times We lost power 1 day like 5 times I can say the ladies were nice and polite. And for the men's just half of the staff. We don't go back to the mangu restaurant just because waiter don't attend us. A couple days later we find Ramón a nice guy in the big buffet. We are not coming back

This is a beautiful resort ! I would definitely come back. The water wasn’t hot at first, once i put a request in through the app it was fix. I had an amazing time !

Stayed here with friends for my birthday .Check in process was okay we were able to get our rooms close together, our building was on the left side of the reception behind the pool with slide. building outside looks okay, I think it got a new paint, but once you get inside the rooms are very old and damp and they smell damp, I think the the air filtration system is not working. The AC and refrigerator were very noisy, the moisture in the rooms has caused some black stuff on the furniture and the mattress, bedsheets felt like they were not dry. The floor felt moist, you had to have shoes in the room. The keycards only work once and we had to make multiple trips to the reception for them to be reprogrammed, reception is not near as its is a big resort. Phones in the room do not work. Food was average, some of the dishes were too salty, we liked breakfast and fruits. Dining staff at one of the buffet were friendly, some reception staff never smiled, it looked like they were being forced to work, Housekeeping: only one girl was friendly. Activities : pink party, neon party and all white beach party was great.

i liked the pool and beach. i didn’t like the customer service, the steakhouse food tasted recooked, wifi in room was out for two days, resort wasn’t welcoming. i don’t recommend

The staff were really nice and understanding to those whose are at least trying to speak Spanish. There’s an option for currency exchange at reception/check-in, I’d suggest having at $20USD in singles when going on excursions/for tipping the safe. You’re room is cleaned around the same time each day, and you’re refrigerator is refilled as well.

Inconvenient Hotel Location, no where to go and walk around plus HORRIBLE key cards to room they deactivate all the time. Its very inconvenient to keep going to lobby which is not close to rooms by the way to have key cards reactivate.

Great customer service by the employees at the restaurants. Hipolito, Rosa, Oscar, El Niño, David just to mention a few employees. Food was fantastic. I will definitely return to this Hotel.

En la habitación nunca colocaron café. Servicio del personal poco descortés, restaurante no saben código mesa. Personal nunca sabía nada. Las llaves se desactivaron todos los días. Comida #7. Cambios de cuarto 2 veces porque el aire acondicionado no funciona y fuerte olor a humedad. Los inodoros no bajaban y rotos. En 1 de los días apenas había agua en la habitación para bañarse. Sábanas con fuerte olor a humedad.
