Avenida De La Buhaira, 24, Seville - Map
"Good hotel close to the Seville action"
This is a well priced value for money hotel located about half a mile to the edge of Seville “Old Town”, gardens, monuments and museums. Quiet with windows closed but with windows open it is subject to the usual overnight street noise from cleaners to bin clearing vehicles and some buildings works close by at present. We prefer to sleep with window ventilation rather than air conditioning (even in November the room was too warm with windows closed but it was a south facing window) I would recommend the hotel to anyone. Many thanks to the staff who without exception were a delight.

Room was to warm, needs air conditioning. Cafeteria staff take to long to take your order and they need to check on you to see if you need anything. The staff at cafeteria take way to long to give you your bill.

"Pleasantly surprised"
The hotel was nice. It was close to the train station, where we arrived and traveled out of. The rooftop pool and bar are really nice. It was a bit of a hassle to get a towel - go to the front desk, sign a form, leave 20 euro deposit and then go up to the pool on the 7th floor. Had a small issue with a leaky toilet. Breakfast was either coffee and toast in the cafeteria or a 30 euro buffet? We went out for coffee and toast. But really, we liked the room and facilities.

Hotel Fernando III

San Jose 21, Seville - Map
"Smart, modern hotel close to the main sights"
Very smart and modern hotel with very clean and comfortable rooms - and a massive bed ! The roof terrace and bar are great for relaxing in the sunshine after exploring the sights, though the pool is not heated and only for the very hardy outside of the high summer. Hotel staff are friendly, attentive and helpful. As the hotel & rooms are not carpeted there is some noise from the corridors and adjacent rooms which could be a problem if the hotel is busy but did not trouble us much during our visit. The hotel is just a few minutes walk through lovely old streets to the cathedral, the Alcazar palace & the old town and is also convenient for the bus service to the airport. One additional benefit of the hotel is that it is located immediately opposite "La Bartola" tapas bar - one of the highest rated in Seville and, in our opinion, rightly so ! Overall we had a great stay at Hotel Fernando III and Seville generally and would recommend both highly.

Suites Murillo Segovias

Calle Segovias, 2, Seville - Map
"Brilliant location!"
These suites are tucked away into a tiny side street but easily found by taxi driver. We were very fortunate to be upgraded to their biggest room on the top floor. Other reviews say suites on the ground floor are noisier so ask to be on first or second floor. The room was spacious, clean and very well equipped. It has a fridge and basic cooking equipment. They provide, free of charge, water, juices and sodas, tea/coffee. The water was very welcome as it was about 37 degrees while we were there. The air conditioning seemed to take a while to cool the room down but once running, seemed to do the job. The front staff are very helpful, provide a welcome drink and book anything you need. But it is the location that is fantastic. You are literally just a few minutes walk from the palace, cathedral etc. There are loads of restaurants within a stone's throw. Yet the room itself is quiet, except for the usual noises you might get in the city - you will hear the bells ringing and the odd traffic noise. It was great to just step out and have everything on your doorstep.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Sur hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
