Top Stay at Top Hotel in Liverpool.

Fantastic and spacious room for our 3 night stay with great helpful staff from the reception desk to concierge to the dining areas to the daily room cleaners. Very nice food and selection for breakfast and tasty bar meal experience as well.

Fantastic hotel wonderful staff very disappointing that for the price of the stay the spa for just swimming isn’t included it was an additional £20 per person for 2 hours and then we where charged £20 for parking I also requested flower and chocolates in the room as we had just got married and they wasn’t there All in all we enjoyed our 2 night stay but there is a lot of hidden extras

We recently stayed for our 3rd time for our 'mini moon' they day after we got married in The City..... Great bar area and food, fantastic breakfast, only issue on this occasion was the Spa area and pool were both freezing cold, I'm hoping it was just a temporary issue.

Id have ticked excellence but the breakfast was stone cold for £20! Nothing in the area so peaceful but 2m walk to nearest shop. Beautiful hotel tho and would stay again
