Didn’t feel like 5 star. The pillows were very cheap as was the duvet and the gym was closed at 8pm and only open at 7am which you don’t expect from a 5* hotel. My room was a weird U shape and felt cold and stark as the main light had cool bulbs in it. If I was staying for leisure, I’d have been very disappointed

Lovely hotel, good location, friendly staff. All in all very good. Our room was a superior room and whilst very nice it was a little on the small side with the tv on the wall that was 90 degrees to the bed rather than opposite it. However we would definitely go again.

Fabulous Liverpool hotel

A beautiful hotel in a very interesting building. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Loved our room and the bar area. A bit disappointing that the spa was only available at an extra charge (not clear in the listing), but overall a brilliant stay and ideally located for exploring the city.

Good hotel

It was a good hotel, very nice lobby and atrium bar. Rooms were functional but without much space to do things like iron. No closely blind in my room so as it was summer was awoken very early in the morning.
