THE BREAKFAST WAS NOT FREE. However it was ok but the weekend staff needed to pay more attention. To the manager and guests. The only fault in the room was the bathroom sink was way too small. Bar services were very good, from the receptionist.

Not a 4* take your ear plugs!

Room was ok. Big comfy bed, great shower and powerful hairdryer. Shame you can hear every word on the corridor and opening and closing of doors. Take ear plugs as it's noisy with street traffic, bars and deliveries. Definitely not a 4* It was ideal, for the cheap deal we had for 1 night.

Terrible first night due to residents running in corridors and making lots of noise. Had requested a high room to try and avoid noise like this and from local bars, but was put in a lower floor.

The breakfast was excellent the chef is really impressive I’ve never had such a good full English. The room however was noisy as it faced concert square and the noise blared into the early hours of the morning. Water pressure in the shower was quite bad too.

Great hotel, just a ten minute walk from Liverpool Lime Street. Spacious rooms, which are clean and have all rhe facilities you'd expect.

Didn’t have breakfast Good location - little too good as noise from neighbouring bars was evident, in some ways, can’t be helped but patio door was missing a seal at the top which didn’t help. Room seemed clean on first glance, but dirty towels, blood on inside on curtain and carpet near bathroom, tv had some bright spots like it was damaged.

Remarkable value

Usually stay midweek when rates are lower; for the price, compared to other L.pool hotels, it is remarkable value: for a high quality stay.Little touches like a fridge and big bath towels. The staff are great, always very nice in an uncontrived, unforced way
