Great location, parking was nearby and hotel gave a discount. Staff were lovely. Very clean. Free pastries and coffee in the morning. Highly recommended.

Best hotel central to everything.

Amazing hotel,we loved the room we were in.room temperature was perfect,beds very comfortable, immaculately clean.staff on reception are the elite of hospitality.They are so helpful,polite and very easy to engage with.we'll definitely be back on a regular basis.thankyou so much.

Superb - just superb!

Centrally located connect to Liverpool One - a perfect quiet location for a stay - this hotel is sooo good the temptation is to give it a low score so that it is always available when you want to stay - the best hotel I have stayed in Liverpool at out of about 10 including Hilton, Holiday Inn and Crowne Plaza.

Fabulous. Right in the centre. So quiet and peaceful. Complimentary breakfast unexpected and a nice touch. In a pedestrianised area so a couple of minutes walk from any vehicle drop off point. Not an issue at all.

Great Place in Liverpool

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Having AC when it’s been so warm was a blessing. Staff were so nice and helpful with any questions we had. Nicely renovated hotel.
