I liked the simplicity of the decor, there were no dust traps and no chemical odours disguising smells. Although the proximity of the restaurants and spa were close by there was no evidence of cooking smells or noise, I really did enjoy my stay, the staff everywhere went that extra mile, They were amazing.

My favourite Liverpool hotel, great spa and restaurant. Perfect location - between the 2 cathedrals, right opposite the Philharmonic and a great pub (Queen of Hope Street), loads of places to eat and drink very close by and the city centre walkable in 5-10 mins.

Excellent city centre hotel

Lovely stay

Love all the little touches that make your stay more comfortable. The spa was incredible and definitely worth spending the extra to do, it was not over crowded and lots of different areas to spend time in. The staff at reception were so helpful, especially as we had many bags to keep in the hold area. Only down side was the size of the rooms, I felt for the price they should be slightly bigger as manoeuvring around the bed with lots of bags was not easy.
