The hotel had a beautiful design with a mix of modern amenities and cozy touches. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making check-in a smooth and pleasant experience. The location was ideal, with restaurants, shops, and attractions all within walking distance. Loved the shower. I didn’t like the layout of the room and the bed being next to the wall.

DON'T STAY ANYWHERE ELSE IN LIVERPOOL!

A trip with 5 friends was absolutely MADE by the friendliness and excellence of the hotel staff and the service with which they provided our group. Before and during our stay, staff checked in regularly to see if there was anything they could do to make our holiday better. We were all greeted by a handwritten welcome card and beautifully clean rooms which were well appointed and quiet. I found the bed a bit firm so housekeeping put on a thick mattress topper immediately to remedy the situation. The hotel is within a 10-minute walk of all the central restaurants and shops, and the hotel works in partnership with many restaurants to give residents a 20% discount. This is a boutique, well run hotel which surpassed experiences I have had in many hotels I have stayed in around the world. A real find!

Brilliant stay for 3 nights. Room lovely and bright, clean and with some quirky features. Molton brown toiletries were a fab touch. Kitchenette was a brilliant addition, fully equipt with microwave, kettle, fridge and nespresso machine with a variety of tea, coffee and pods. Also crockery and cutlery was provided. Shower was powerful. Quiet hotel and brilliant location for literally everywhere. Reception staff were always cheerful, helpful and welcoming. Will definately recommend 👌

Great Value for Money!

Excellent hotel and I was pleasantly surprised at the price. Small, cosy room which was all I needed for a solo trip. Great shower, friendly staff and perfect location, with a 24 hour shop right outside. Highly recommend!

The staff at the hotel are friendly, we actually had conversations with the front desk staff, which was nice. The one man at the front desk went out of his way to help me with a app on my phone to get tickets. The room was amazing. If we go back to Liverpool, this is where we will stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great hotel
