Rang on the day of arrival to ask for featherfree room and was assured by Harry that this would be accommodated. I anm anllergic to feathers. Arrived later and forgot to check the pillows. Woke up with swollen eyes the following morning, checked the pillows and saw that they were down feathers. Told the young lady on the desk at check out who said sorry.

Air Con which was great in the current heat wave. Cooked breakfast was basic but it was hot and always the cold alternative. Staff extremely helpful. Easy to log into the WiFi. Beautiful local park to walk round - Tradegan, a short distance away. Hotel needs to promate these beautiful local areas more. Will definitely be staying again.
