This is definitely more of a vibes stay than a luxury stay. The hotel staff was amazing. The room floor was so unlevel our suitcase kept rolling into the walls. Our shower didn’t drain at all so showering was like a speed event to get done before it overflowed. The bed frame was definitely broken and we were kind of scared to move around too much for fear of it going to the floor in our sleep. There was so much dust/debris accumulated along the wall edges that we had to make sure we wore shoes anytime our feet were on the floor. The location was a plus, extremely close to everything but it almost wasn’t worth it for not being able to even enjoy being in our room.

Room was big and AC worked well. Furniture is old and the couch was not clean. Location is very good, 20 min walk to canal so quiet when you want to rest. Pool is small amd they have a bar near so can relax but its usually very busy. Price is reasonable but it could def use an update.

Great location, great staff

No issues really except that depending on the room location you have to walk the whole property to get to it. Super friendly staff. Very clean. Pool area clean. Great convent location to burbon and the square.

The room, house and gardens were beautiful. The location is great to walk to music and restaurants. Communication from management was slow (no one is on site). There was a mixup with our access code and parking. We parked on the street and had no issues.
