Coffee bar service is slow. Front desk staff should have explained how the elevators work. We had to learn the hard way on the wrong floor and in a crowd. Room was clean.

Not because it's anything fancy, but the location right next to Penn Station, Amtrak, LIRR, and the A/C/E, 1/2/3, B/D/F/M, and 7 trains is so convenient. Lotte New York Palace
We have been staying at the New York place for 31 years. The rooms are shabby and tired. The wall paper is peeling off the walls. Rugs are horrible . It has become a 3 star hotel

Hilton Garden Inn New York Times Square South
People were great, walking distance to train station. And the hotel was amazing as far as holding our bags until we got into the room and also holding them after check out so we could tour the city. I will definitely be staying here again.
