I'm picky about cleanliness of hotels and this one was good with very attentive staff. They lost a star because the breakfast was atrociously expensive and terrible. I simply don't understand how scrambled eggs and salmon with shredded lettuce and some weird smelling sauce on a stale tortilla can be $19.

The hotel accommodations are fine in terms of the size of the room and some of the views. Some of the staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable. Downfalls: There was no microwave (any where on the premises at 9:00pm) to heat my food that was delivered cold, nor was there a refrigerator to keep it until the next day. Also, he parking lot was so full that I walked quite a ways to get to my room but the gym is decent in case you don't complete a days worth of exercise just getting to the room.

Was only here for two nights. I chose it for its proximity to Liberty State Park. Had a great experience at this hotel! We arrived with my Dad barely able to walk and as soon as a bellhop saw him he immediately brought out a wheelchair so my Dad could get in our room comfortably. Request for extra towels were promptly delivered. Had an issue with our TV and engineering sent in Joey who worked hard to get it fixed. When it could not be done, he brought a new TV to replace the broken one. I want to commend this guy for being so professional and efficient and very customer friendly. As compensation for the trouble, he offered a free movie to watch and even brought snacks for my son to enjoy. He went above and beyond and we are extremely pleased. Keep on doing a great job, Joey! I hope you and your manager get to read this! Upon checking out, and going over my room charges, the movie was charged to the room but when I explained what happened, it was immediately taken off. How is that for customer service! Their Limo service was also very reliable. I would love to go back and stay longer at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to family and friends. You cannot go wrong with the view and the location. It is just beside the Path train which affords an easy commute to NYC! We will be back for sure!

It was great. Noel picked us up at the airport in the free shuttle. He was such a friendly nice young man. (Just a word of caution make sure you get in the right van, there is more than one Hampton Inn and we got in the wrong van and had to go back to the airport)
This hotel offers free breakfast which was adequate and at 5:30, free wine, beer and appetizers, which was great after 14 hours of traveling we were too tired to leave for dinner.
My recommendation for the hotel is that they let their clients know which Van to watch for when they call for a pick-up at the airport.

wow, big difference from visit in the fall. lots of construction, i had to enter from the restaurant, take elevator there then walk pretty far down the hallway to a set up for reception, then walk all the way back down that long hallway to take that set of elevators to get to my room. construction workers were working as we were walking past them (hard to accomplish much i would think). everyone was pleasant and the noise wasn't high but it seemed like way too far to walk to check in.

My husband and I stayed there for 4 nights. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel shuttle was on time every 30 minutes to take us to the Newark airport to catch the train to New York every day. It also picked us up every night when we return from New York at P4. This save us from having to rent a car and fight the NY traffic. On the last night we were too tired to go out for dinner. The little restaurant at the hotel was able to provide a meal at a reasonable price.
