This hotel is nasty. Save yourself the money and go literally anywhere else. There were so many roaches on the curtain I wanted to throw up

The good thing about the hotel was that it was close to where our show was. I probably wouldn't stay there again because there were just lots of little things wrong with the room, including it didn't feel especially clean, frayed shades, stains on some of the walls. One of the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, the other was not.

Room was dirty and out dated. Smelled like cigarettes and had burn marks and stains threw out the carpet.. rooms smelled and looked like a 80s short stay motel and it is non smoking. I tell you it reeked of cigarettes. It was like getting into a car with someone that chain smokes with the windows up. Never ever again.

Very nice hotel; the room was very clean and comfortable. Front desk staff not as friendly or welcoming; not rude, just very straight to the point and not informative. Was not told that you need your keycard to operate their newer elevator. Was not told that breakfast is not served at the hotel, but rather their sister hotel around the block; was told about the food shop or the coffee bar either. Overall, a nice place to stay with a good location, just make sure to ask about any questions because you won’t be told anything.

There was a dirty towel left in the top drawer and a Klondike bar left in the fridge. Not sure why they don’t check everything. Tried to call for room service and the phone just continuously rang. The restaurant number also just rang. Had to wait 40 minutes for the hotel transport to arrive to the airport so would suggest calling the hotel to let them know you’re there and maybe they will come sooner?? And whatever fragrance they spray is not pleasant.

Check in was very smooth and the staff were amazing, kind, and very helpful! Rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is also a walkable distance to Prudential Center which was the reason for my trip. Amazing staff and amazing stay!
