Hotel had water issues our first morning. That were addressed right away. However, it led to a shower that was barely warm and no water pressure and an ice cold shower for my husband. Then there was an obnoxious family allowing their kids to scream as loud as they could driving my kids out of the pool bc their ears and head hurt. They did talk to the family at one point but did not ask them to leave so the behavior continued. Other things added to our annoyance however I think we were being over critical due to the two major complaints we had. I’m not sure we would ever go back unless we didn’t have any other options available.

It was clean and convenient with very courteous service. Free valet parking service and 24 hr gym access was very nice. I thought there was small kitchen in the room but there was only a tiny refrigerator and coffee maker without a microwave.
