The Brown Palace is a historic hotel in downtown Denver. The hotel itself is clean and well-run. Staff didn't stick out one way or another. Courtesy vehicle is a nice touch. High tea is a draw. Dining options on sight, some hits and some misses. Great french onion soup, lobster salad sandwich, just average marks for the reuben and burger. The room was clean and comfortable, but because the hotel is older it leaves you searching for outlets and storage space. I felt the price for the room was a bit steep (over $400) but the location is good and really no major complaints.

The location of this hotel was fantastic. We walked to the 16th Street Mall and Coors Field. The hotel was pretty good considering they were remodeling and the front desk appeared to be the old bar. The only issue we had was the noise. There was a constant noise from what seemed to be the HVAC system that was extremely loud. In the morning we could hear random buzzing that sounded like someone ringing a door buzzer. Never did figure out what it was. House keeping also forgot to give us towels but we called the front desk and someone brought them up. The rooms were a bit small but nicely furnished. Overall the hotel was clean and a pretty good value which is what we want when we travel as we don't spend much time in our room when we travel.

The hotel did not have our Expedia reservations upon check in, which made things very stressful as we called to work through it. Other than this obstacle we had a very nice time. The room was small, a/c had a leak, but overall ok. Beds were great. Great location with mountain views. Much entertainment nearby. This is a good deal for the overall "bang for your buck".

My family and I loved this hotel!! The resort is beautiful. We stayed in a double queen room which was clean, had very comfortable beds and a large bathroom. The exercise facilities were great. We enjoyed the pool overlooking the mountain. We tried 2 of the restaurants and were very satisfied with both. There's a fire pit (BYO s'mores or enjoy their s'more bar) and a pool table. This is not a 1 building hotel: the main building (with the front desk, restaurants, pool, etc), the exercise facilities and the hotel rooms are spread out. Everything is walkable, with plenty of convenient parking if you choose to drive. We would love to return!!

Hotel staff was wonderful and very knowledgeable. We were going to drive to the festival, but the hotel staff informed us there was a shuttle that we could catch, right outside our condo and it dropped us off right at Hideaway park.
Room was clean, stocked with dishes and utensils. Only bad news was the hot tub was being renovated. You could still use. We had a great stay.
