They're currently under construction 5/2017 so they're a little bit of a mess at the moment. We had a fire alarm go off at 3a. I'm betting that they're related. Also, I stayed on the first floor which I would not recommend as it's far too loud from the street noise. It's a solid hotel but slightly overpriced at this moment.

"Enjoy Manitou Springs at this Great Historic Hotel"
Hotel is awesome, great rooms, great food, excellent fitness room.
Walking distance from a great selection of restaurants and interesting shops.
This time I was lucky enough to get the Bates Suite which has a round bedroom with a fireplace and flat screen TV, a living room with a leather couch and flat screen TV and then a bathroom with Jacuzzi tub.
