Great place, but the A/C in the room on the 6th floor did not appear powerful enough for the room. It was very warm.

Great location and amazing value. Rooms are huge for London. Slightly obsessive emails about checking in beforehand which are fine but disconcerting.

My family stayed at the Native for a night recently. Pros: Very well located. Very short walk to Kensington Park and Paddington Station. Cute little lobby area. Cons: Rooms are tired, rugs are stained, furniture is in poor shape. Check-in process is a bit convoluted. Recommendation to management: Rooms need to be updated. Mismatched and worn furniture need to be refreshed. New carpets needed (particularly those that don't show stains). Location has great potential but needs some love.
