"Love the spa, swimming pool, and the gym."
Easy check-in, nice rooms, and beds, enjoyed the hot spa the most. Only thing that I disliked was the towels they provided which were very hard. Overall, I had a good time over there, thank you.

Clean, comfortable hotel with convenient location. Like the retro feel and music. Not fancy but great beds and worked well as a home base for hiking & sightseeing. Wonderful breakfast & staff. Stayed 5 nights and will return again.

"Great Staff, Great Room, Great Amenities "
We arrived on January 19th, and were greeted with a smile, and even though we were a bit early from our flight, our room was ready very quickly. The room is very comfortable, and the bed was even better, and our bathroom was clean and had all we needed for our stay. The breakfast served in the morning by Rosita was excellent and had everything you needed to start your day. In the evenings were invited to a Happy Hour, and had a chance to sit with people we just had met, and enjoy a cold beer or glass of wine along with some tasty snacks. We met the Manager, and complimented him on having such a clean and comfortable Hotel, he explained that they are still improving to make everyone's stay even better, so I know this will make this even more a very popular place. The Free Internet and Local and International calls was like that little extra that made this wonderful to call home for the next few weeks we stayed there. We will definitely stay here again, and hope that others see what they have to offer.

"Hotel convenient location"
Friendly staff, quick check and check out. Had a problem with the shower and it was repaired. The suite was updated with laminate flooring. The downfall was the floors needed to be swept. It made me question weather the room had been properly cleaned.

"Nice place but more casino then hotel"
Overall great experience. The hotel was beautiful however it's more of a casino then hotel resort. The service was excellent and extremely responses to a few minor issues we reported. They were fixed very quickly. The cleaning service in the room could use some improvement. While the standard stuff of towels and bed linens was done well, they would often leave dirty glasses throughout the room.

    Explore Phoenix

Arizona’s capital and biggest city, sun-kissed Phoenix really rolls out the red carpet for visitors. The best launch pad for exploring? The Cityscape entertainment district in the heart of downtown. It’s easily reached from Sky Harbor International Airport on the PHX Sky Train, which connects with citywide light rail.

After a cheesy egg dish at Matt’s Big Breakfast, learn about the Southwest and its native people at the one-of-kind Heard Museum – don’t miss the kachinas. The special exhibits always shine at the nearby Phoenix Art Museum. Refuel after a day of museum hopping with gourmet pizza from beloved Pizzeria Bianco or a hearty steak at old-school Durant’s. We love those dark booths.

The city’s most famous landmark, Camelback Mountain, is a popular spot for a hike. Just north, the Musical Instrument Museum offers an engaging symphony of global sounds. Spend an afternoon exploring the sprawling Desert Botanical Garden – the desert wildflowers are a highlight. If pampering is your goal, the Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa is a classic, well-manicured getaway.
