The room was old and the furnishings were broken and didn't function properly. The shower was very outdated and had poor water pressure. The bed was uncomfortable and when I arrived there was trash on the floor of the room.

The gal who checked us in was awesome! The hotel was as clean as can be however it is an older place so some aging/wear. I was shocked how quiet the rooms were being so close to the airport. Down side, the doors on the rooms slam so hard they shake the headboards. It is impossible to sleep in once guests begin to exit their rooms.

It was quick overnight stay. Caught an early flight in the morning to continue my journey, but I rested well and I was on my way onetime. Thanks for the shuttle service. It made my trip flow smoothly.

Gave this property a 4/5 because they did not come to the room and clean everyday. Not sure if you had to request that but every hotel I’ve been to they come and clean everyday and replace towels, change garbages, etc. but overall a great stay, friendly staff and very convenient how close this hotel is to the airport, phoenix and Scottsdale.

Two major problems. First, the pillows are awful. Incredibly soft and difficult to use for comfort. Made worse because property doesn't stock firmer pillows. Second, tried to eat dinner one night but the medium burger I ordered came out as a ridiculously overdone hockey puck of a patty. Sent it back and went elsewhere for dinner.
