Large resort very nice and big, but dated was undergoing construction when we got there and did not have water for the day when water got turned back on there was no hot water. Otherwise property was nice and maintained… Pools were nice. Large rooms.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were disappointed that we were unable to dine outdoors for breakfast. We went to the restaurant that had many empty outdoor tables and what seemed to be ample staff. We were told that area was closed. It was 8:15 in the morning. The weather was perfect.

This property is super dated. The carpet in our room was very old, very dirt and had major stains everywhere. There was a scorpion in our room we had to kill. The resort is under major construction but I probably would not stay here again even after construction. There are much newer options for the money don’t think it is worth it even for the water park.

The hotel is under renovation which they never stated. Only one building open and everyone piled up at one pool and kids in the water fountain. SMH. Not only that I’m handicapped and asked for a room poolside but couldn’t get it. Yet my friend who was with me and has nothing wrong had a poolside room. The guy at the front desk never checked but pretended to check. Said our rooms were right next to each other and it wasn’t. Paid for breakfast in reservation and he says it’s not for my kid…. Just a $25 credit for an adult. Don’t stay here
