My check-in experience was unfortunately not a great start to my stay. After receiving my room keys, I headed up to Room 711 feeling excited—it even felt like a lucky number. However, upon entering the room, I was startled to find someone else’s belongings already there: a purse on the bed, curtains open, and a bag in the room. It was a genuinely unsettling moment. I quickly grabbed my things and returned to the front desk to request a new room. The staff member simply said, “Oh sorry, I know what happened,” with no further explanation or apology. It felt dismissive and didn’t help ease the discomfort of the situation. Aside from that, the hotel itself was clean and conveniently located near the venue we were visiting, which was a plus. One small note for future guests: if you're hoping to enjoy a mimosa early in the morning, be aware that the bar doesn’t open until 10 a.m.

Cool artsy hotel!

Really cool artsy hotel! The room was amazing. We went down and ate at the restaurant both for dinner and breakfast the next day. Excellent food and service! We will definitely be returning.

The staff was helpful however, the manager wasn't. They were never available when i needed to speak go them about the shower being dirty. We moved 3 times and they were all the same. No one reached out to accommodate us for the issues. Everything else was pretty good.

The area was awesome! Everything was close. The art work was cool. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly. The industrial look was aesthetic. We stayed two nights. The first night there were ants everywhere but we couldn’t find where they were coming from. We went out to dinner and when we got back we didn’t see any so we didn’t complain. On the second day I noticed water on the floor and thought my daughters dropped something. Dried it up and when I got back it was soaked again. There didn’t seem to be water on the other side of our room (roof) so I don’t know where it came from. Art was cool, but not as cool as it seems online. Parking felt sketchy but was fine. Walls were thin and you could hear everything. No towels at the pool. Pool was closed most of our stay for a private event. Bathroom was unique but if privacy is a concern, the wall is see thru. I wouldn’t stay here again. It wasn’t the worst place I’ve ever stayed, but our stay made me double check the reviews that said it was wonderful. I don’t know how it got that rating. I would give it a 6.5/7 In the hotel’s defense I didn’t tell them about the issues so I have to assume they would have fixed it. But, those are two big issues to have in such a short time.

Ive always enjoyed staying the the foundre but the recent change in the parking should have been mentioned as it used to be included, suddenly the good deal I thought I got felt more like I was scammed out of an extra 120 bucks. Just be more honest about this in your check-in process please
