We were initially placed in Room 206 on the second floor. Unfortunately, it was very noisy — we could hear every door opening and closing, as well as the stairwell door and people going up and down the stairs throughout the first couple of hours of getting into the room. We requested to move rooms, and the staff was very accommodating and relocated us to the 7th floor. It was much quieter up there, and we truly appreciated their willingness to help. Because the room may not have been used as often, there were some mold issues in the sinks and shower. While that was disappointing, we were ultimately grateful for a peaceful night’s sleep and thankful that the staff worked with us to improve our stay.

This was a cool hotel experience. The room was really awesome with an industrial vibe. Love the art and the whole atmosphere. It's downtown PHX but they are revamping the area so overall a very cool and fun time.

The room could use a good cleaning. Our room had a nasty smell coming from the bathroom. Maintenance came in with room spray to mask the smell. Front staff put me on hold when I asked for a different room and never came back to the line. Maintenance said he would have them call me and nothing happened.
