First of all, when we got inside the room at night, a.c. didn't work at all, they offered sending the maintenance person which we felt inappropriate at that hour at night. Also, the room was not clean. We asked if we could change the room for another, they hesitated but finally agreed. When we were going to exit the room to pick up the keys for the other one at front desk, we saw a roach going inside through a space below the door. After that, we decided to leave and asked the gentleman at front office for a refund which he said he wasn't able to do it. Anyway we left.

The staff was nice. The rooms are entered from outside which I wasn't a fan of. They seemed pretty clean except the toiletries were half used which makes me wonder if the room had been cleaned good...?

First no elevator at least one. Not all guests have only one bag.. we struggled coz we have 6 bags to bring, because we were travelling from Texas all over Arizona. Second pool has no towels and we didn't bring our towels, so we went upstairs cold. to add to the matter the door won't open. The AC has no control in the room it was blowing on our faces . The pool was nice it was heated and the hot tub is big. The room is cramped.. In short only good for sleeping. Like you come in late just to sleep. need to cover our bed with pillows.

Pros: Staff was nice Checking in and out was easy Room and bathroom was clean Cons: “resort” is a loose word my opinion it was more like an old motel, turned into resort, but needed to be updated. Everything was clean, but definitely outdated. It’s 2 levels and there is no elevator so if you’re on the top floor, you do have to carry your suitcases up one flight. Again the the layout is more like a motel style. The door to my room faced a side street and at night it seemed a little sketchy. Overall, it was a fine place to stay, price was okay, I think it probably could’ve been a little bit cheaper and would’ve made everything else okay, but had a good stay.

with Resort in the name you think, well it will be a resort. The photos certainly made the place look better that it really is. The room did not smell nice. The only good thing about the room was the bed, it was comfortable. But the room was dark, not what I thought. But it worked ok.
