Lily and Andres were so kind!! I needed a ground level room for my mother who had a knee replacement recently, it was late at night when we arrived after a long drive with a U-Haul. I had already prepaid online, but the room Lily had available on the ground floor was a deluxe suite. She upgraded us at no charge to accommodate us!!! I will definitely be back to have a stay-cation myself since I live here. The room was beautiful and clean, and that jacuzzi tub?!?! WOW!! I definitely recommend this property!

The staff is excellent. This area must be a poor side of Scottsdale. The word “Resort” is misleading. This is a Motel. The pool was dirty. You had to check out towels and sign for them in the lobby. These was noise outside late at night on my floor level room. The lobby was cluttered. My child traveling with me did not feel safe here.

The biggest disappointment was the hot tub was not in working order. I get it, sometimes stuff breaks, but not having a sign near the hot tub area indicating the outage would've been nice. We spent like twenty minutes fiddling with the hot tub switch only to later find a sign hung up across the pool by the bar. Bed was incredibly uncomfortable, too.

I stayed at this property years ago, and it was terrible. The tub with jets was right next to the bed, and not clean. The rugs felt greasy. I accidentally booked this hotel AGAIN because I forgot the name, and the pool doesn't look like the one on the property. When I walked into the lobby it didn't smell clean, and clearly nothing had been updated in the intervening years. I decided I would rather pay for another hotel instead of staying there again.
