Room was clean and spacious. I had issues with the fridge and heating in my room and staff were quick to correct. Breakfast was very good and the coffee available 24/7 in the lobby was nice to have. Staff were very attentive with questions and concerns.

The toom needs some work. Plugs fall out of the wall. The bathroom was dingy. The towel rack was falling out of the wall, rhe bathroom door lock didnt work. The tub didnt drain well and you were feet were completely under water. The noise level was ridiculous from the pool, 6 floors below.
