Don't use this hotel

We used the hotels shuttle that was supposed to run every 20 minutes, we stood outside in a heat wave for 40 minutes. Many unhappy travelers where voicing their opinions. When he arrived he had no excuse for the delay and there was 2 bus loads of people. When we arrived at hotel and checked in we walked to the bar/restaurant area and asked for service, we where told the kitchen closed 3 minutes ago. We just flew from France and I was counting on dinner at the hotel. When I complained to the front desk the clerk just blew off like so sorry. Horrible experience from people who don't care about there guests.+

I was irritated not to recieve Hilton points because I booked through Expedia. The scent in the hotel lobby is way too overpowering. Very discomforting. The staff were great.

Clean and close to airport however had to wait for over an hour for their shuttle which was advertised to run every 20 minutes. After an hour the bus arrived and by that time there was 35 people which meant around 20 people were left behind. The hotel was marked the closest distance from the airport too. There is also no free wifi at the hotel. You either need to sign up for the honors program or pay for the service.
