The room was fairly nice and updated. The bed, on the other hand, was broken. Unfortunately, we found this out on the last day of our trip. As we were leaving and doing our sweep for items while packing, I was looking under the bed and found the box springs were broken and out of the frame. This explained a lot. Spoke with management about it and they stated they would have maintenance repair it immediately. The pool was nice and expected. The included breakfast was extremely lacking especially healthy items. Most of the items were just carbs except for the overcooked hard boiled eggs. We ended up ordering and paying for breakfast. Overall the hotel was really nice. It just was not represented in their breakfast.

Not worth the price, though very friendly staff, wasn't happy to be awaken by the Gardner below my window bush wacking with the electric saw, very noisy and annoying when trying to enjoy good rest and sleeping in. Maybe he should be able to start later in the day more like 12 noon. That would be a good time for everyone. Hotel guests can get their sleeps and Gardner can get his job done!

Our AC unit at home failed, it was about 117 degrees Fahrenheit. We needed a place to stay that was close to our home. The price that was offered was very reasonable. Staff was friendly.
We would recommend staying here to our friends and family.

It was a great spot, dropped right behind the beautiful mountains in palm springs. The staff were extremely friendly and prompt. The bartenders at the bar by the pool seemed kind of snippy but I think they were stressed as it was busy. The room was clean, the beds were comfy, the décor was lovely. TV reception kind of sucked though. Would definitely stay here again, only about a mile or so away from downtown.' Also - the cost of the drinks by the pool were absolutely ridiculous. Bring your own alcohol...

"Nice hotel with a great view and fun swimming area"
The hotel view, pools, and staff were great. However, the beds weren’t that comfy and it wasn’t the cleanest. Despite that, my group felt safe and enjoyed our time there. Would recommend - the price is great.

This hotel is one of the best I've ever stayed in!!
Started with the friendly staff who upgraded me to a "poolside" room with a balcony. The room was extremely clean & comfortable. The hotel is located one block from some of the best eateries & quint shops. The free airport shuttle was an added bonus. I would love to spend a few days exploring this area of Palm Springs. Defiantly recommend Palm Mountain Resort & Spa!!!!

Nice hotel close to downtown, clean surroundings, warm pool and polite and helpful staff. Age shows in some areas like the elevator but the grounds are well kept. Had some roudy young people next door but not overly taxing. They turned it down before 10 pm and didn’t start till 9 am. The food we tried for breakfast was tasty and service was prompt. Maybe they could use another elevator or two since the closest one was far enough that it was easier to use the stairs; but not too bad because we stayed on the third floor. Overall, would recommend.

The hotel itself is the destination; a great place to relax and unwind. The restaurant has really good food and service; we loved the fresh juices and healthy choices. My only complaint would be about the sleep...the walls are thin and we woke several times during the night to noises that I didn't know could come from human beings! We laugh about it now but at the time it was kind of concerning!
