"Lovely Grounds and Pools"
This hotel has the potential to be a very desirable place to stay. There are a few inconveniences and shortcomings that keep it from being in the very high rating class. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Overall it was a nice stay.

"Relaxing weekend. "
We have been here many times before the remodel and loved it. We have had many 90 minutes couple massages at this spa before, however, they raise the prices on massages too high, $100 more for the same services that we had before which is disappointing. We had not checked the prices before booking the massages thus we got burned. Understand that the room charges can be a bit more but why the massages prices have gone up to? Also, the hot spring pool is supposed to be a quiet, relaxing place where the whole weekend we were there, people have taked to each other like they are at home, loud and no consideration. I had to, at one point, tell them to quiet down which it sucks.

"Love that the pool is open 24/7 and doesn't close."
Not the fanciest hotel but had a great time with family and close relatives. The kids loved the pool. I liked that the pool is always open and never closes. Other hotels have a closing time for the pools but this one does not. Had a great time overall.

"Great 4th of July escape from LA"
I like the hotel, it was really what I expected, to go there relax and have a good time. It gets busy because the pools are open to public but after everyone it's gone you can have a great evening and morning. I recommend it to anyone who's not so picky and don't care much for a 2 star hotel.

"Ultra-cool"
This place was excellent. The check-in was quick and easy, and although there didn't seem to be much staff in attendance, we had no difficulties and had an amazing stay here. The room was huge, and quiet, and the pools were beautiful and clean.

"Delightfully private getaway spot"
This is a small, private place that is simple and lovely. I read previous reviews before booking and I think the people looking for opulence would be better suited for Palm Springs. This is a quiet place with two lovely natural spring pools that gave me a sound sleep like which I probably haven't experienced since my infancy. No frills, off the beaten path delight.

"Nice place to stay!"
We had a nice stay at The Lido Palms. I had wanted to do something different for our 33rd anniversary and my husband was more than willing to drive there instead of Las Vegas. We arrived and the host told us that we were the only ones staying there. Their website was having issues and no one could book a room! The pools were beautiful, the landscaping was well maintained and the motel looked as if it had been remodeled recently. We were in Room 4 which had a King bed along with a small kitchen with fridge, stove (dishes, cups & utensils) and a table with 2 chairs. The bath was small, but had a tub and the water is fed from the mineral spring. I would book another night!

"Older but very comfortable and quiet"
Hotel staff welcomed us warmly. The place is in the process of renovation, but our room was excellent, very quiet. The beds were first class, comparable to five-star hotel. Kitchenette enabled us to eat most meals in the room. Balcony with table and chairs has a marvelous view of the mountains. We will definitely go back next time we're in the Palm Springs area.

Desert Hot Springs is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Desert Hot Springs, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Desert Hot Springs hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
