"A Frequent Honeymooning Couple"
My wife and I have spent five out of the last 10 months traveling in the US and Asia. We could have gone anywhere in the world to celebrate our fortieth wedding anniversary a week ago. We are devotees of world hot springs, having visited many in the US and the two world famous ones in the Czech Republic (Carlsbad and Marienbad, now Karlovivary and Marienkanskie Lasnie). We chose Miracle Springs Hotel, having already stayed at three other resorts in Desert Hot Springs, and having discovered Miracle Springs two years before. We spent three nights (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday). The hot springs pools--six in number--all are at different temperatures (the other resorts we have visited in Desert Hot Springs have a maximum of three) and are perfect for soaking at various times of day or night.

"Older hotel w/hot springs"
The check-in was ok only one lady seems the friendliest I think it's the manager. Hit springs weren't as hot as they normally are, lots of babies & kids in jacuzzis & sauna. Food was good. Owners do not spend much $$ on upgrading been the same for years.

"Serene environment"
I was on the way to my mothers funeral and I wanted a quiet, calm environment for a night. This place had the serenity I desired. I had the pool to myself most of the night and enjoyed the view from the patio. The garden area was quite zen. My hostess was very accommodating.

"Family hotel with a spa pool"
If you take into account that the hotel is very reasonably priced it is quite good. It has a lovely springs pool which is very warm. The rooms are quite large with a kitchenette. There aren't any implements in the kitchen so you have to take your own. They also have several BBQs around the pool area for general use which is nice for families to share and keep costs down. The reception is like walking into a Flintstones hotel as it is cut out of rock (or seems to be). We were on the ground floor and the patio door didn't open (for security reasons) and without any windows we couldn't have any ventilation during the night. They don't do breakfast. Just coffee available.

"very relaxing"
the rooms are very well maintained. very clean, but could use some upgrading. the bathroom was up to date, but not the rest of the room. we had a room with a kitchen, with dishes, silverware, pots and pans. it was very comfortable. the highlight of the stay was the mineral water pools. i absolutely loved the pools!!!! the maintenance of the outside was very nice. i would definitely go back.

"Peaceful stay in Desert Hot Springs"
My mom and I had a pleasant stay at The Spring. We spent the afternoons and evenings relaxing in the mineral pools. I do a large amount of intense exercise so I suffer from occasional muscle aches. I noticed that after spending time in the pools the aches began to disappear. The hot sauna is a great way to open up your pores. I loved how quiet this resort is. There are a small number of rooms so you don't have to deal with crowds of people like you would at other desert resorts. We will definitely be coming back.

Desert Hot Springs is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Desert Hot Springs, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Desert Hot Springs hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
