Well the valet out front stole something out of my front seat of my car while I was checking in. Valet asked for my Keys in case they needed to move my vehicle while I was checking in. When I was done checking in the guy who I gave my keys to was no longer out front. And the other guy had a very odd smile when he handed my Keys. Thought I was being paranoid and thought maybe I hadn’t put the item in my car. I did. 100%. Called the hotel about something being stolen by valet and was told that there isn’t anything they can do because the Valet is a 3rd party contractor and doesn’t actually work for the hotel. In other words “sucks for you” even tho I asked and was told they do have security cameras out front over where my car was when the guy stole from me. Otherwise the hotel sucks anyways, the water in the restaurant tasted like chlorine. Our room was unable to get below 86 all weekend. Stayed here because of an event I was attending here. Will never stay at this property again and don’t recommend anyone who doesn’t like being robbed to stay here ever again.

Great Stay

We were taking a road trip from Texas back home to California. Palm Springs was in our stop and decided to find a hotel. We loved it so much we did a late check out and spent half the day there. I definitely plan on coming back.

The property was clean and maintained. However, the check-in process was a very bad experience. Checked in on a Saturday stood in line for the check-in desk a total of three times until I finally was given a room an hour and a half into check in time. Never in my travels have I ever been denied check in at check-in time. I saw other customers frustrated in the lobby too. Also had trouble sleeping the Saturday night I was there. The people above me were so incredibly loud.

Alex at the front desk was absolutely amazing!! We booked this trip very last min and we had booked the hotel based on the pool closing time but when we arrived there was a “new pool hours” notice. Alex saw that we were disappointed by the closing time and offered us a late checkout so we could enjoy the pool before our departure. He was so nice and accommodating that it made us start looking future dates to stay again. The room was very nice and we loved the pool area with the pool bar and food service. Riley our server at the pool was Awesome. We will definitely be back.

Overall ok for the price but the only complains for the room the phone to call hotel staff was not working the buttons didn’t work to call hotel staff if I needed anything. And the coffee machine didn’t work. I didn’t make a big deal or called from my own phone cause I only stayed for a night but that was annoying.

Great vacation stay

The hotel was clean and it was a great place to stay. Didnt have any issues at all. The pool was very nice they have multiple pools and the oasis one we were at was great. It is a family oriented hotel as well so its a good place to stay with kids.

The hotel outside and pool are AMAZING but the rooms and the inside of the resort needs maintance. The water on the tub overflows the sink water doest not go the drain. The room carpet is dirty and needs attention..

They should have kept it Margarittaville, the colors throughout resort were dull and boring!! It wasn’t a fun vibe at all old people and kids more of a family atmosphere.. on my sheet and towel in bathroom there were cockroach looking bugs on them on second night after coming back from dinner!! it was gross !!! I went last year when it was Margarittaville and that was the best experience I ever had!! This year highly disappointed!! The jacuzzi in main pool was cold!! All in all horrible! Will not be coming back to this resort ever again!!!
