The location in Palm Springs is excellent, near the middle of Palm Canyon Drive shopping/dining area. The pool was beautiful. The bedding and pillows were deluxe. The staff were so courteous and helpful.

Upon entering room 233 there was a strong musty smell, almost old house smell, that was very concerning, but then we ran the fan the entire five days and four nights we were there and found that helped but the smell didn't go away entirely. The room was clean, the bed comfortable. On the third day the water had been turned off, no one notified us about this. There was no water in the room for most of the afternoon, once the water was back on again, we did not have hot water in our room for the rest of our stay, barely warm enough for a nice shower. We did inform the front desk and we we met with the answer that she hadn't heard from others about it, so we left it at that....We loved the fresh grapefruits that were available on the property grounds. The pool area was clean and there were always pool chairs available. Not the most comfortable loungers, there is a gap between the bottom of the lounger and the back part and makes it uncomfortable unless the pool towel is bunched up and stuffed in the gap. We were able to check in early and they granted us an hour on our last day for late check out. All in all this is a nice hotel. We met guests that come back year after year and spoke highly of the area. Lots to do in the nearby area. We rented a vehicle but found we didn't really need it. We spent a lot of time walking. There is a mountain to hike just behind the hotel. Very challenging but well worth the time.

Great location, spacious room.

We liked location of hotel which was close to restaurants, shops and the museum. I was excited that I booked a room with patio and a firepit. Didn't realize it was a shared patio and firepit and firepit didn't work. Hotel provided a Keurig coffee maker which I appreciated. There was 3 coffee pods plus 1 tea. Creamers were also provided which was a nice touch. However there was only 1 packet with a stirrer, 1 sugar packet, 1 sweetener, a 1 napkin. I know it's a silly little criticism but leaving at least 2 of these in the room would make more sense. Room was very spacious, clean and beds very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends.

We just returned from a great stay at Palm Mountain Resort. The location was nice, easy walk to downtown restaurants and shops. The staff were very pleasant and the resort itself has a very desert vibe. Pool and spa were great! We will definitely stay there again.

Nice property, Looks newly remodeled (IKEAish). Very clean. Nice pool/hot tub and outdoor fire pits. No restaurant, no bar, no tennis/pickleball courts, no breakfast on the property. Not a resort ($22 resort fee each day) Great location. Access the heart of PS one block away.

The location is perfect. You are able to walk to many restaurants and shops. Comfortable room I just wish we had a room with a pool view. The staff super sweet!
