Unfortunately I didn’t have the best experience upon arrival. When I checked in I was given a room that was occupied and I had my kids wait there while I walked back down to the front desk. There had been a mistake which I understand things like that happen sometimes it’s just since we only booked one night we wanted to make the most out of our day. We eventually were given another room but it was so far from the initial one. They did offer us free breakfast but I advised them we were leaving really early in the morning . Nothing else was offered. We spent the day at the pool which was nice. We tried to eat at the Japanese steak house for dinner arrived at 5 and since we didn’t have reservations we were turned away and asked to come back at 8pm. We ended up leaving and ate at a similar restaurant offsite . Overall with the room rate being on the other end I did expect more on the customer service end and also we had to walk a long way each time from our room to the lobby or pool but it is a beautiful hotel.
